You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe quality of the room was worse than what was depicted in the pictures. The bed-frame had broken legs supported on bricks; the lights were dim, especially in the washroom; and the electric sockets had loose connections with wires sticking out of the wall. A bit low on cleanliness with cobwebs in certain areas of the wall.
The staff was very helpful in making us feel comfortable with the available resources. The pool area was nice and clean. The little tea shop outside the reception area was good for some handy snacks.

JapanIt’s look like a rundown hotel. A little bit renovation would be good. The toilet’s tile was too dirty and seemed that they don’t cleaned it prior our arrival. There are no 24 hour front desk so contacting them was really hard. There’s only soap provided in the toilet.

MalaysiaIt's a scammer. We transit for 10 hours before catching our flight next 6am. Booking was made last minute when we reached Bali Airport.. 9pm at hotels lobby they said our bookings are not valid. We are being asked to get a refund from Booking.com because they have noticed not to open their hotel for a long time. We both ladies desperately need a room forced to pay 250IDR cash. They are group also face the same trouble like us. Beginning, they said all rooms were full. But actually, scarcely only us in the whole block. Advertisement for nice bedrooms was actually terribly bad. Pictures attached.
There's nothing to like. Only the scamming skills. Published the very nice photo with an illogical rate to attract.

SerbiaI arrived here with my family and had quite a surprise- the hotel was completely in dark, there was no electricity and the front desk was locked! We waited for over an hour in darkness and nobody showed up. Some guy that’s been staying there for a while saw us on his way out and tried to call someone from the hotel to help us with the check in, but nobody ever responded. Even before we arrived I have sent a message to make sure someone is at the front desk to help us check in, but never heard anything back. Of course we couldn’t wait there all night and eventually we had to look for another place. We came back the next morning to see about the refund but again the same situation- front desk office was locked and this time more people sitting in front and waiting to see if they can get into their rooms. Some other guest waiting as well because not only there was no electricity for a few days at that point, but no water as well! We walked around a little bit to see the property, it looks like it was deserted, very old and ran down. Even now, more than a month later, I still haven’t heard anything back from the hotel about my refund, and customer service people from the website here are trying to reach them as well. Do not waste your time and money, just skip this place!

Germanywe had to ask for a new room twice because the rooms, especially the beds were so dirty. Even the third room was dirty(the bathroom was dripping wet).The whole hotel area seems like a lost place, we didn’t feel safe- we saw that our door was destroyed, like someone tried to break through the door lock.

AustraliaOn the third day during my stay, the electricity and water stopped working so I had to move hotel the next day and didn't get any sort of compensation from the place as they had shut down the reception as well (when I was looking for another hotel they were still taking reservations) and I could not return the room key to check out so gave it to the bike rental shop in the front of the property which still had electricity and was open for operation unlike the "hotel"
The air-con was cold, at least for the time that it was working. Also a pretty nice pool area it was very central location on Kuta Beach just 3min walk
