Looks like the property is under going some renovations, so some of the pool side arrangements are a bit out of date and require replacing, further some more umbrella around the pool won’t go astray.

The property is located in quiet section of Semiyak. Overall it it’s value for money and a walk to the Batu Belig beach however you can get a Grab if need to travel further. The staff are warm and attentive.

The toilet in my room didn't flush good. One thing is that it couldn't handle paper, another ting is other things that comes natural in the toilet. The aircon in my room worked, but it wasn't 100%. Had it on 16 all the time, and it was clearly warmer than that.

Batu Belig area is perfect! Easy walk to the beach. Suuper nice pool area. Fantastic staff. Great bed. Pillow and duvet smelled good (That is sometimes rare in Bali because of humidity). I think you get what you pay for. Would stay in Nipuri again for sure!

Some places were not finished. I think in the future when all the work is done this can be a little gem in Seminyak.

Great resort… big rooms on a quiet spot in Seminyak. Still close to all facilities and the beach! There uplifting the resort at the moment.

The room could be made a little nicer (needs updating). Wish they refilled shampoo and soap bottles when they cleaned rooms as well and add more toilet paper.

The pool was nice and big. Staff is very friendly. Easy to walk around to the beach, local restaurants and shops. Close to a few beach clubs as well.

There was a constant smell coming out of the toilet that was like sewerage, you could hear everything our noisy neighbours were talking about outside because there was a big gap between the bottom of the door and the floor and also the corner of the door was warped outwards

Staff were lovely, always had a smile on their face and would do anything to help you. The pool was wonderful also.

Friendly, efficient staff - 24 hour service. Lovely pool. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Well located - close enough to walk to the beach. Will happily return to this accommodation.

The pool itself was in need of new flooring/tiling and a deep clean/regular filtering. The bathrooms were very basic, and the towels given (even new ones) unfortunately smelt very old and damp. The rooms aren't cleaned unless you ask/mention it to a member of staff. Generally, if you ask the staff they can accommodate you e.g. change your bedding, or give you a hairdryer as the rooms don't come with one. No solid gate to the hotel so some stray dogs would come in and leave their mess everywhere. The walls were also thin if you're unfortunate enough to have loud room neighbours! Overall, the hotel needs a bit of upkeep, it has the potential to be amazing (and definitely once was before covid), but just needs a bit of a spruce.

Good location, just off the main street so it's quiet which is nice. 5 minute walk to the beach. Right next to some good cafes - Watercress and Sobat Coffee are great, and plenty of bars and shops. The pool area is lovely - really nice view and wifi works well. Very friendly staff. Mophead rental available for minimum 3 days.

The pictures are very outdated, as are the facilities. Bathrooms need touching up and the air-conditioning did not work well. I sort of expected it to be a bit rubbish after reading the reviews, but it's definitely not worth the price.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. They were kind enough to let me check out after one night as I was dissatisfied. They were very apologetic about the restaurant being closed and also called me by name which was a nice touch.

everything is old/bit dirty, shower not great but staff can’t help that and made up for it with kindness

location is great if you don’t want to stay in the busy center and near the beach:) staff was very kind!!
