Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndonesiaI cannot pray inside the room bcs of the low ceiling. Never thought of this sholat things until i get there and confuse how am i gonna practice my pray 🤣 they onyl have mushola (praying room) in ground floor. A very small open space, not even a room.
The room smells good, clean. The bathroom also pretty clean for a shared bathroom. I like the RFID system for the locker and door.

GermanyTake into consideration that from Bandung it might only be 40km but you will need at least 2 hours by motorbike or 3-5h by car depending on traffic (and traffic never stops there lol)
The guys working for this place and for the place next to it we’re incredibly nice, helpful and protective. I have had the best time there and would 100% recommend. Although the communication was only via google translate they were really trying to integrate me as a foreigner haha. The area was beautiful and very quiet.
