Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nini and her family were really nice and made us feel very welcome. Even when we had to go diving very early, Nini was so kind to arrange early breakfast. We also had dinner several times, and Nini makes very delicious food adjusted to your preferred Spice-level. The views from the bungalow and restaurant were fantastic, and when low tide you could walk on the beach.

SwitzerlandThe only downside was the lack of wifi (yet Nini helped us connect when needed) and the cold water, which was not a problem as the weather was warm and sunny
We stayed at Nini’s seaview bungalow for three nights, just a couple meters from the ocean. Nini’s is the only place with both restaurant and bungalow facing the water, which is a huge advantage compared to other resorts (and very good value for money). The bungalow is very comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated. The spaces are nicely designed, the food is amazing, and we will miss having breakfast with sea view. With only two bungalows, the atmosphere remains very familiar. Nini and the staff were very helpful and happily accommodated our requests, the service was exceptional. Bira is not as touristy as other Indonesian islands, don’t expect plenty of restaurants and cocktail bars, but if you are looking for a beach escape the place is perfect. Don’t miss out on diving and snorkeling.

Ninis beach bungalows is so beautiful and tranquil. Nini & her husband have put so much love and creativity in this place and have made it to something so special. The place feels so private, considering there are only two bungalows. The food is absolutely delicious, therefore we did not need to go to any other restaurant. A huge plus point are the views from the property. Nini organised everything we needed and made our stay perfect. We would’ve loved to stay longer.
