We had a great time at Niramaya Villa. It was good value for money, lovely staff and a nice pool. Also not a long walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The staff here are amazing. On our first night our room wasn’t ready because the toilet broke soon before our arrival. The situation was dealt with amazingly and we were put up in Kusuma Resort a nearby accommodation which was just as lovely as Niramaya. When we eventually moved to Niramaya after a few nights it was a lovely place to stay.

The only thing is, there was no aircon or fan in the living room, so we had to leave the aircon's on in both the rooms to cool the living space. Since we were out the whole day, only came back in the evenings, it was not a huge issue.

The location was excellent, just a brief 5-minute walk from the main street with restaurants, pubs, and retail shops, yet the villa itself nestled in serene tranquility. The pool is small but clean and well-kept. Additionally, the beach was conveniently within a 10-minute walk from the villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Niramaya Villa. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. Also it's located in a busy area, it was really quite and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Water in the shower wasn't as warm as I'd prefer.

The owner met me right as I arrived. Very close to the beach, stores and cafes, but still tucked a bit away on a quiet street. Room was pre-cooled for arrival with AC (perhaps a bit to much even).

Very nice vilas, very quiet place but still situated close to a lively street full of restaurants and shops. 5 minutes away from the beach. The studio is big, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Cleaning is done on a dalily basis. The pool is great. Staff very kind and friendly.

Might be easy for grab to miss because it is surrounded by other famous resorts. It is a little old as well.

Friendly helpful staff. Even though our 2 bedroomed apartment had a problem, we were given 1 lovely room, one average room instead. That was fine. The air-conditioning worked well, and the nice room had filtered hot and cold water. The pool was great. Location to Seminyak was excellent.

Well located comfortable place in which we stayed for two periods across our trip. Each time we had two rooms, which meant we saw a range of those available, Some rooms are better than others. The best rooms are fantastic, the worst are not bad, but they are noticeably worse

Such a warm place and warm host. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seminyak. Our flight landed late night and we reached villa around 2:30 AM at night and host was all up for it. They also extended our checkout by 1 hr on request. Also helped us get the local taxi and cheaper rates to Ubud when grab and gojek prices were on surge. Would definitely visit this place next time in bali. Clean rooms with all basic amenities. Its location is just perfect.
