The bathroom needed some attention (broken toilet seat). The light over the outside stairwells stays on all night, which is understandable, but I kept waking up due to the light visible through the curtains.

Gede was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to easily organise an excellent snorkelling trip through him (with Captain Blank boat--highly recommended). The pool was very nice, comfortable bed and great location right in the heart of Jungutbatu.

Have to pay for water which is warm. Only 2 options for breakfast, omelette or pancake. Pool was really warm as if it was heated..?

The shower in our room was very temperamental. 3 small jet streams, difficult to wash Also had to pay for drinking water. Was only 3k a bottle and understandable but would’ve been happy to pay more per night to just have access to a water fountain

The breakfast is kinda lacking and the breakfast time was delayed so that it was almost too late to catch the boat. The boss preferred to sell tours. and He promised to call a taxi for me the night before, but he temporarily told me that didn't have a taxi that day. Fortunately I caught a taxi by myself.

The room on 2nd floor is spacious enough, rooms’ a little small on 1st floor. Actually facilities of homestays on the island are similar.

The bed was quite loud even if you move a little while sleeping. That's why I didn't sleep that well, but overall really good for the price.

- Staff were very kind and helpful, the manager of the property was very responsive on WhatsApp and answered any questions we had promptly. Also provided us with cheap options for Nusa Penida transfers / snorkelling trips - Accommodation was in a great location on the Main Street of Nusa Lembongan - Breakfast was also very tasty

The rooms were lovely, but the bathroom with no window was a little dark.

Spotlessly clean. Amazing staff. The manager was constantly present,working and attending the needs of guests. It just felt very safe and secure.

Rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. Great air conditioning and wifi. The bathrooms are very run down and you have to book a deluxe room to have hot water. It is very basic and you get what you pay for.

Location is fantastic, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking tours, offering information and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast options are banana pancake or an omelette with tea or coffee.

Not much to dislike

It was so peaceful, especially my upstairs, near the back of property room. Very private and comfortable, as it was pretty hot I didn't mind the cool showers. Wayan and Gede took excellent care of me, and helped to arrange all of our tours. It made everything so easy, thus I extended my stay from 3 to 8 nights. I didn't want to leave! As I said, I will come back again 🥰

The drain in the bathroom wasn't the best and my room had only cold water, but I didn't mind. The breakfast was fairly small.

It's a simple hotel with all the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the simple room was enough for me. The aircon worked well. The room was cleaned daily. The location of the hotel is also very good, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and close to the beach.

the doors to the room to shut, so the air conditioning does not get very cold. the bathroom has no vent or window, so it gets very warm and musty.

property is extremely close to everything you’d need, I walked everywhere. pool is comfortable and breakfast area is large and comfortable .
