The room was not remotely clean even asking for it to be cleaned again after we checked in. The pool was always full of screaming children so be mindful the time of year you book. Very limited restaurant options in the area.

The property is a little dated and desperately in need of some preventative maintenance. Paint peeling, leaking windows, no drawers to lock precious belongings etc. most of the facilities within are very basic but the functioning aircon is truly a blessing.

The property is by the beach and has a fantastic marina with a lot of marine life. One can also walk next door to Turi beach resort and use the facilities there, which is a plus.

Chalet 3 bedroom is too expensive, too many bugs in the living room, not enough amenities and very old. Better have renovation soon.

The banglow/villa that we stayed in looks very old and rundown. Balcony on the ground floor is not accessable as the door is sealed. Toilets also need upgrading.

Good location to get away from the hassle & bussle of the city. Service is very good and staffs are very friendly & helpful.

sea facing, relaxing scenery. when I come to Batam, I would always go to Nongsapura. and Nongsa Point Marina is one of my go to places.

Understand after the pandemic of Covid19, the upkeep of the place needs to be improved. Do look into the kitchen cabinets. It smells terrible and with cockroach dirt around the place. Then the cutlery and dining ware are place in the drawer cabinet too. Bathrooms need proper cleaning of dirt stain and odor smell. Perhaps put provide air freshener inside will be good. Do look into ferry services. If possible to extend from Msia, JB direct to Nongsa would be great. We hope to be back again this year or next.

We always like the place although being far from town. Food is also very nice with friendly staff.

Chalet a bit dated but is clean. Daily made up by staff. Water sport has to go to Turi Beach. World Cup channel was switched off but the world cup package sold at club house didn't have enough seats. Buy package but hv to stand. Really a boo boo!

The free shuttle to get to villa uphill. Don't hv to wait long for the driver to fetch us from lobby. The swimming pool is large and clean. Breakfast spread is sufficiently varied.

the chalet wasnt ready when we got to the room. it was quite dusty and seemed like it wasnt used for too long then didnt even prepare it before guests come in. however, they were able to immediately clean the chalet when we requested.

staff are nice and very accomodating. they immediately resolved issues about the cleanliness. one staff also gave recommendations on where to go and where to eat nice seafood. food was great. wont disappoint.

The property is in a beautiful location with a light breeze coming from the sea. The hospitality is second to none with lovely, helpful staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

No beach of the resort, we went to nearby resort turi beach in order to enjoy beach place. Very quiet and less people staying so they didn’t even prepared breakfast buffet the next morning. Nothing is nearby so come with full preparation or else buy everything expensive like 250ml water = 30000IDR.

Good place, if want to be alone and relaxed.. this is the place.

Old design, no decorations in rooms, white walls only, many internet and phone issues, incredibly long wait in restaurant after order, lack of privacy around pool with manyguest taking videos and pictures without asking

The condition of the rooms was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness fell short of acceptable standards, with evident signs of neglect. Additionally, a significant portion of the furniture was in a state of disrepair, which greatly diminished its functionality and visual appeal. The windows and doors were particularly problematic, as they were not properly functional and some even displayed signs of damage. This compromised the overall security and comfort of the accommodation. To make matters worse, the presence of lizards in both the wardrobe and the kitchen further contributed to the unpleasant experience. Collectively, these issues created an unsatisfactory and discomforting environment, making the stay far from enjoyable. In the breakfast area specially the fruits section lots of ants in the sweet dishes were again unexpected.

the chalet is run down and the sliding door at balcony is hanging, totally not secured on sliding track. Very dangerous if have children around. Amenities are limited, no hair dryer and not enough power outlet. floors are not clean but overall decent to stay.

the staff were friendly and helpful. check in was a breeze and transport provided for going to the chalet.
