We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeI have to press and hold in order to use the hair dryer, but i understand that it is for saving electricity.
I was given 2 keycards even though i am a solo traveller. The room was big and spacious. As i brought 2 luggages and it takes up some space but i still have so much space to move around in the room. My room was cleaned every day and they refill my water jug each time they cleaned the room. I also love the variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

United KingdomThe bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a fly infestation in the shower. Also, the hotel made a strange choice in their sofa bed, it wasn’t very comfortable and meant the kids didn’t sleep well. I can’t recommend the sofa bed to anyone unfortunately… Also, while I really appreciated all the nods to environmentalism, the hotel left lights burning on the 7th Floor event space all night… which undercuts their policies.
The room was big and modern. We had everything we needed in terms of kettle, safe etc. The restaurant on-site was good, though expensive, and the staff were all very friendly. Our kids loved the swimming pool!

SingaporeService seems to be a bit slow and inefficient. Had requested for connecting rooms and it didn’t really work out as per request. Basic room amenities were upon request and no longer given complimentary water in water bottles but in a flask/glass instead in the rooms. Feels like there is a lot of cost cutting and yet the room rates have gone up.
Great location!! Just next door to Mal Ciputra. Convenient for a short stay..

Singaporecheck-in could have been more efficient. preferred to have bottled water instead of water being topped up in a glass flask. that feels like hotel is trying to scrimp and save on what used to be standard amenities before covid.
location is great - right next door to Mal Ciputra so very convenient for the supermarket, restaurants, cafes and even cinema. good for a short stay in PKU but gets very busy esp over weekends.

It is well located being central to many locations and is next to a shopping mall which allows guests to access groceries, restaurants, clothing and giftware. The hotel staff are helpful and will arrange things such as taxis for you on request.

Despite that the person was in their premises and they are aware of the case they did absoulty nothing since all they care about that the money is settled and did not refund my money. IndonesiaDuring my Jun visit I need to argue hard just to get on time check in at 2pm On my next visit, Aug 1st, I got rook 701 near ballroom that was noisy until 12 midnight. Since the elevator was switch off all guests from ballroom passing by the corridor in front of my room while talking noisily. I called 1am asking to have securiry to guard the corridor but none coming and still noisy until 2am. Day later I rent 3 rooms and none was ready at check in time until I argued with duty manager to vet the key only at 3pm. My5th day was equally awful as one of room 1205 was broken SDB, door and phone. The worse thinf is that one of officer from pantry refuse to help me contacting with the office and he said that this is not his part. You can judge from my experience.

IndonesiaSmoking room still has unpleasant residue of the cigarettes (the air condition isnt that well). Eyes are red after sometime in the room, air still feels like there is smoke in the room. No shower cap, toiletries are very limited (not that complete).

IndonesiaThe service provided is literally legit. There was 1 day that I was so tired and I turned on the “don’t disturb” sign. And the housekeeping staff left me a letter saying “if you want the room to be cleaned, you may call the staff”. I haven’t had this kind of experience before. Usually, the housekeeping staff will just leave it there. Thanks Novotel for your service.
