-No water dispenser at the gym -Bike rental was expensive (June 2021: 100K for 2 hours per bike + deposit fee) -Food options around the hotel were sparse -Could improve a little bit more on being green and sustainable by not providing water bottles but refillable options instead.

-The oven to heat up food at the pantry area!!! Totally life saver 😭😭😭 -VERY clean pool areas and beach -Having actively looping shuttle to the parking lot and beach area was an extreme benefit -Great towel service at the pool and beach area

1. We have booked the 2 Terrace Suite with Relaxing Tub, which is one of the pricier rooms. I had asked for a connecting room, but the hotel was not able to accommodate. 2. The room was separated by the Elevator which makes the room quite noisy (it turns out there was also maintenance work), after several complaint we got a Pizza as a service recovery, but the room was still noisy the 2 points above I would say was not comfortable but is something which sometime happens, and I would not have wrote a bad review only for the above 3. This is where the stay turns bad, when we were sitting on the terrace on the 2nd evening the guest above us suddenly spat down. I did not think it was intentional directed at us as there is a sunscreen which at an angle would seem like a plastic roof. We complained to the front office and asked for the senior manager to come down (this was around 10 PM). After waiting for 10 minutes Pak Yohannes came down, and I explained the situation, Pak Yohannes respond was that the hotel is not responsible for the guest actions and the structure of the hotel has been like that for 5 years and there is no problem. My reply was the hotel is responsible for the house rule and for enforcement of the house rule. To which the respond was the hotel has done nothing wrong and he will speak to the guest in the room above us. The next morning after breakfast Pak Yohannes came to us and he had spoken to the guest who has confirmed my story and if I wanted, he can arrange for me to meet them which I promptly declined. My problem is with the Hotel which if it is claiming to be a 5-star hotel should put the comfort and safety of the guest first and take responsibility. If a guess comes with a valid concern the hotel should find a way to fix it instead of refusing to take any responsibility whatsoever and saying it's between the other guest and me to sort this out. Utterly disappointed on how this was handled!

Not that I don't like something, but I think the hotel would benefit from providing buffet lunch or dinner instead of ala carte menu tomorrow give more of dining options as there were not many options around the proximity of the property.

The service first and foremost were superb. The villa was above my expectation. A great choice for a quick getaway from Jakarta, not that crowded.

The guest above us threw cigarettes butts and some trash to our balcony. We informed this to the staff, and the gave us pizza as compensation even though it wasn't their fault.

The hotel is amazing. The staffs are excellent. I rescheduled my booking last minute because of some medical emergency and they confirmed without hesitation. The process only took several minutes. Once we're finally there, we were amazed by the beauty of the hotel. And even more by the friendliness of the staffs.

Everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a feast of both Indonesian and Western choices. Room service food was on point. Beach was pleasant. The staff were all accommodating and helpful. We will be back to try the Villas next time.

Réception is very poor : no welcome drink nobody explain about the facilities facilities : 30 minutes waiting to get a shuttle for beach area very minimalist gym no plug in the room to charge your phone ( you can use the one of the coffee machine ) bathroom doors cannot be fully closed Breakfast no buffet available and 30’ waiting to get what is called American breakfast which is in fact an omelet …

the hotel amenities was very basic. few basic items were missing: 1. Access card only one was given. in the event you left the room, electricity will be switched off automatically. Consequently devices left in the room were not charged. 2. only 1 electric socket available 3. Pool water was not clean and clear. No child floats available 4. Restaurant (serai) at night was obviously understaff!!! no one was attending us to seat, waiter not seen for minutes, food was average compared to the price. 5. location is very remote and we are forced to eat from the hotel.

Beach needs to be cleaned. Sand in adjacent beach 1 km away is more clean and less rocky. The beach sand is all rocks , need clean up with new sand from surrounding areas

Staying here for 3D2N for a short weekend gateway and very satisfied to spend time here. Before arrival I was informed by one of the staff member, Mba Deti, that I got a free upgrade from garden view room to ocean view room. The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. The air conditioner, showers, electric kettle, wifi & refrigerator works very well. The pools, both in the beach and near restaurant, is clean. It has a lot meal choices for breakfast buffet and it's delicious. The view are beautiful and the hotel ambience is calm and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mba Deti that has been assist me even before arrival. 10/10 and will back here once I got chance. Thanks all.

The parking, the beach, the location lack of culinary lack of tourist attractions, the price of F&B, we ate at hotel sea food fresh market the chef over cooked half of our fish and squid makes the squid very chewy, not to mention they have flys issue.

The pool, newest hotel in the area, staf is nice, SOP is good they educates construction laborers not to tease or even staring while we running with sportswear.
