Service personals in the property were too professional, helpful and polite. Villa we booked was clean and well designed. We amazed to see actual villa looks more beautiful even from the pics. Best thing is it has both bathtub and swimming pool. Its perfectly designed for couples.

Breakfast could be a little more with more choices. Also the location is a little far from touristic places(30 minutes from Seminyak) but the distance is worth it to stay in a villa like this!

Nothing to complain about, I have a normal issue with the microwave, they change it for me in less than 10 minutes, and I know if there was any other issues in the villa, they will fix it directly without hesitation, they have their own perfect system.

I was there at Nunamkhalu for 4 days from 30 April 2024 to 4 th of May 2024, Everything was perfect, I liked the villa which was a standard private pool villa, The villa was so huge with everything inside it, they didn't forget anything, Keeping was so fast, if I send a message through what's an app, then less than 5 minutes the employee is nocking to check further. I liked the Villa cleaning, AC, big pool, bathroom, and kitchen. The food was amazing I ordered Nunamkhalu full breakfast and fried noodles, they were delicious, and had a lot of varieties. Also, their open buffet was so good having many food and beverages. The reception helped me a lot to discover Nusa Dua by sharing with me the best beaches and restaurants. I arrived at 5 AM, and my check-in was at 2 PM, they gave me the villa at 5 AM, and they were so generous and Kind, All the working staff was amazing. The Villa price compared with the taken services is magnificent, if you go to Nusa Dua, I would recommend going there anytime in the year. Nunamkhalu see you next year, I will be there for sure, and thank you for everything, keep it up.

Not anyone’s fault in particular but doesn’t get a perfect 10 because of 1) cleanliness: there was a cockroach in our villa 2) breakfast: for the price we paid, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, though decent.

I received a warm and friendly reception upon arrival with welcome drinks and a free upgrade to a larger villa with a private pool. The villa had everything I needed, I didn't have to ask for anything extra. They even provided snacks. The floating pool breakfast was amazing. The food was lovely and the coffee was still hot when it arrived to the room. All in all a great stay, wish I stayed longer.

We had no sunbeds at our pool they are upstairs on the rooftop. No bottles of water in bathroom to brush our teeth. No dish soap or teatowel provided to do some small dishes. The couch was super low and comes apart very uncomfortable to watch movie.

Staff were very helpful with all requests. I ask one of the receptionists to help me with my Bali SIM card. It was easy to book massages, room service, scooters and laundry through what’s app without having to walk down to reception all the time. I loved that my bed said happy birthday on arrival free of charge.

The villa was so beautiful and huge. It was such a treat having our private pool too. The staff here are all so helpful, kind and friendly. The restaurant is great and very well priced. Also the spa massages were fabulous and a great price too. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Nusa Dua. They also have a courtesy bus that takes you to the beach or shops.

Location is little remote. Driving at night is too lonely. At some point there are no street lights. Although no incidents took place as such but still I found it very unsafe.

The staff is amazingly friendly and super prompt in addressing everything to make you comfortable. The villas exceeded my expectations and actually look a lot better than the photos. Super clean facilities.
