The outdoor kitchen area doesn't have strong fans or an air-conditioning, so it can get quiet hot. No buggy to take you to the top of the main road from villa.

This is absolutely exceptional accommodation, don't hesitate to book it. After opening the door to the garden with the pool, you will have the feeling that you have found yourself in a Zen paradise. We had a great time here with our family with three small children. The accommodation is located 3 minutes walk from the busy street of Seminyak and on the other side you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes. Despite the fact that you are close to the sea and the entertainment center, there is a divine code! Cleaning and customer service are also excellent, you will not miss anything

They need to put extensions in each room for the Wi-Fi to reach each corner of the house and they need a more stable connection. We could barely make video calls during our stay in the Villa.

What a lovely stay we had. Katut and all the staff made sure we were well taken care of. I particularly liked the fact that we could walk to a strip of restaurants and stores from the Villa and if we wanted to go to Canggu for the beach clubs and restaurants we could just hop on a bike or get a cab requested for us. The Villa made our stay in Seminyek so memorable. Beautiful place! Beautiful people! ❤️

Beautiful villa centrally located in Seminyak. Although in the heart of the action was quiet and peaceful. Staff were fantastic!

Only thing was the layout with small kids. Having them in a seperate wing but this was easily overcome by installing a pool fence.

The staff were outstanding - friendly, extremely helpful and polite! The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Seminyak action. Pool was excellent - nice a big, good temperature and clean.

The villa was perfect. A really well appointed kitchen, amazing garden bathrooms, comfy lounges in the living space and the garden and pool setting was divine. Plenty of sun to keep the pool at a good temperature and also enough shade. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The location was right in the heart of everything. Highly recommend this villa.

The area around the pool is super slippery when wet, and a few people in our group fell just walking. The staff did put non slip mats after which we appreciate.

Nyaman Villas is grandiose in size with multiple living areas and huge rooms perfect for those large families wanting their own space. The pools and garden were simply amazing. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything you need in Seminyak. Staff were attentive and offered assistance with booking drivers with excellent knowledge of Bali including the day trips we did to Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Ubud. Our butler Ketut and security guards at the front were awesome. Thanks for putting up with our broken Indonesian!

Breakfast cooked in our villa every morning was amazing. Loved the food and the service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location of the villa was great, close to and easy to get to everything. Highly recommend staying here!

Inside could use a refurbishment, cabinetry is a bit tired throughout and could use a fresh coat of paint. Bath plug rusted over so didn’t work. Pipes smelt. Pool towels need replacing. Understandable after covid though!

Beautiful gardens and pool. Comfy beds with crisp white sheets. Twice daily cleaning. Daily garden tidy. Fantastic staff. Great art. Very accomodating on late check out. Good air con in bedrooms. Netflix pre-loaded.

Just to be warned, the shower is outside, however we adjusted to this quite quickly and it didn’t end up being a problem at all.

it was a fantastic stay, we stayed for over 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were overly accommodating and catered to our every need and request. The overall villa was beautiful, it looked even better in person than the photos did online. We hopefully will go back and with an even bigger group. Thank you for our stay.

Not all rooms were of similar size or layout providing inferior stay experience to atleast one family. The bathrooms stinked a lot, at times making it hard to even be able to bathe in it.
