Cleaning needs to be improved Room needs some renovation definitely. It was difficult to park my motobike so l have to asked to owner the park our motorbike.

The breakfast wasn’t great, a coffee or tea would be nice with it. Staff could be abit more helpful with booking excursions and information about the property.

Rooms are in good condition, property is central to restaurants and shops. Pool is also nice.

The room hadn't been cleaned well before my arrival and the bins weren't emptied during my 4 night stay. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom, no soap, no bidet and no toilet brush. Worn towels. Dirty floor mats.

I had a balcony room, with jungle view, and saw a Java Kingfisher one morning! The room is spacious and the courtyard is beautiful. The facilities were great: pool, hot water, fridge, fan, electric mozzie zapper. However, if you value cleanliness, do not stay here.

Got fresh hot water flask everyday but they didn’t give us more teabags or fresh cups. Could have do with a clean during our stay, especially to empty the bathroom bin. Shower or the wifi were not the best.

The location was perfect for Ubud, close to everything. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the pool was lovely.

Wifi can be better

The location is ideal, very close to Ubud Palace and right in the heart of Ubud, however for the taxi drivers was a bit difficult to get to the place because the street is very narrow. Like the homestay a lot, Uymand is very friendly and helpful, and the gardens are so pretty, is you are looking for a quite and relax place is perfect.

The bed was really uncomfortable. Being next to the markets everytime you walked out you would be hassled by vendors trying to get you to buy stuff. Also cars cannot go down to the hotel so you need to meet cars at the top of the street which is about 200 m walk. Breakfast was basic, often plain bread with some slices of fruit. There was also a huge lizard (not a gecko) in my room which wasn't pleasant

The location is not car friendly even though the available parking was nearby. The bidet wasn’t there so we have to use the shower in the toilet.

It was one of the best places I stayed in Bali! Amazing location, you can easily walk everywhere in the center, the main attractions are 3 minutes away. The room is nice, you feel like staying in a temple. The vibes also amazing. There is a nice pool as well. The staff is very helpful, the owner and his wife are really friendly, the guy who helps them, he is also nice. I will be back for sure! Thanks!

The room standards were average (doors not closing, roofs letting geckos come inside the house) and get be quite noisy at night between the roosters and all the other animals surrounding the house.

Weak water pressure in the shower. If you plan to rent a motorbike, you have to keep in mind that parking in the hotel requires some mad skills. Every time staff had to do it for us. Driving to the hotel also requires skills, because the street is full of sellers and tourists.

It's a bit rough round the edges in places, but if like us you're only around for a few nights heh it's the real Bali.

Hot shower, large comfortable bed. Free WiFi Excellent location and a swimming pool. Very hospitable people. The price. Air con. Some people have moaned about the food, it's edible, nutritious and if you want more go to a cafe.

The bathroom was damp (this seems to be a very common problem in Bali though) and it was almost impossibile to shower as only a tiny drizzle came out and if you left the shower head on the stand water would go all over the floor.

Amazing value for money, big room and lovely balcony with garden view, nice pool area, breakfast was nice. Perfect location.

The only things to note is that the bathroom smelt quite damp, this could’ve been due to the leaking tap. Overall, for the money you pay this place is great! Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for one full month, and we loved it! The location is perfect, right by everything! The pool was nice, and bed was very comfortable, we had an issue with the tap leaking onto the side, and literally within 5 minutes of mentioning this, they replaced it and we had no more issues. The hosts are all lovely, thank you for our stay.

Breakfast changes daily, you don't know what I can touch you, they just bring it to you. It could be more abundant, but it's still delicious.
