The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Our villa was at the front and down some stairs and had the most AMAZING view! We used the villa car service and laundry service and both were reasonably priced.

The noise at night from nearby clubs makes it a little difficult to sleep... take some ear plugs.

The pool could have been cleaner and my fiancé wasn’t a fan of the outside toilet concept which I didn’t see when booking. But that wasn’t a biggy.

We really like the staff and how private the villa is. They were very attentive but left us alone when didn’t want them to but they were there when we needed them.

Breakfast which is served in room has very less option and bit limited.

Location is next Legian road which is shopping and eating hub. It is little far away from beach which is about 2.5 kms. But this boutique villa has its earthy charm. Private pool and pool area is soothing. room and bath room are large and well maintained. Bathtub is mammoth sized. Staff is polite and very helpful. Breakfast is served at room at your convenience.

The food was not that great, but didn't bother us much as there are plenty of options outside. Just rent a scooter and you are good to go.

Location of this villa is awesome. It has good amenities, with pool, jaccuzi, outdoor dining, sunbeds and what not. It's very cozy, there theme is honeymoon and everything adds up to it.

The location of the villa is very close to the sunset road, which can be a good and a bad thing. Good because it is easy to travel around. Bad because sometimes the noise from the motorbikes can be heard from inside the villa, making what should be a serene ambience a bit loud. But this slight negative is compensated by all other positives this villa provides.

My wife and I were overwhelmed by the facilities that were provided to us as we arrived to the villa. The villa was very private and we got everything there. During our 3 night stays, we didn't really have the need to go outside other than to pick up some food. The room was very spacious with a really nice pool. The staff was also very friendly, making our stay a memorable one. One thing that I won't forget is the surprise birthday cake that the staffs gave me. I was really touched by their thoughtful gesture. The floating breakfast was great, but during our stay the weather was rather chilly, making breakfast on the pool a bit uncomfortable. The food quality was great, though, but we requested our next breakfasts to be prepared on the table.

Hotel was a bit out of town being a 20 minute walk to the main shopping area and restaurants, but the taxis were cheap so not really a big deal. Also the food and drink options were very limited at the hotel.

Absolutely nothing, everything was wonderful

This is by far the BEST place we have ever stayed!! Despite a very long 16 hour flight and the airline losing my luggage, it was impossible not to smile as soon as we arrived at our villa. Everything is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, exactly like the photos and the staff cannot do enough for you, impeccable service from start to finish. The breakfast is tasty and plenty of choice, the location is perfect walking distance into the town, the pool and garden is just stunning and the beds are soooo comfy we couldnt get up in the morning! We honestly did not want to leave - thank you so much to the whole team at Nyuh Bali Villas!
