We had a great one-night stay! Our room had a beautiful view of Mount Batur, and we loved the heated pool upstairs with its scenic backdrop. The staff were friendly, and the live music on Friday and Saturday nights created a chill atmosphere. Overall, it was just perfect.

the only thing was we got a room right next to the contraction side which remove the privacy side, we couldn’t keep the curtain open to enjoy the view or sat outside of the balcony because of that. Paying the that amount of money for the room seems a bit waste since you are unable to enjoy it

Had a little hiccup with scheduling the SPA service and accessing room service menus, but it was promptly handled and fixed. Bravo!

Can't even begin to describe this property! It was like a dream. Worth waking up at 5:30am to watch the sunrise wrapped up in a blanket on the balcony :)))) food is lovely, service is very helpful, SPA service is fabulous, views - priceless. I'll be back!

The view from bedroom's window is lit bit different. There is a construction for new building. Feel uncomfortable if we open the window. The bathroom a little bit dark and moist. There is only one slider door for toilet and shower area.

Room's interior is good with modern, greyish, earth tone color. The view from restaurant is really great. You can enjoy sunrise while enjoying your breakfast. The restaurant open at 6am. The room size is quite big.

bathroom not separated from main room. restroom and shower separated from room only by a (tinted) glass door. bath tub placed directly in the room (no separation at all). it didn’t bother us too much but good to know in advance. note that the „pool“ is really a large hot tub on the rooftop. it’s nice for relaxing with spectacular view but nothing for swimming. they are constructing an annex building with more rooms next door. they informed us in advance so we were aware and it didn’t bother us, there was little noise.

fantastic views of the lake and mountains from the room, bar, restaurant, „pool“. modern design. nice room. surprisingly good restaurant and breakfast. good couple massage in the spa. staff very friendly and helpful. loved the vibe and would definitely stay again.

There was a construction near the hotel which made some noise.

Our stay in this hotel was beyond wonderful. Stunning view, aesthetically pleasing interior design, delicious food and the atmosphere. The bath in the room was very comfy and unique. Spa therapist made me the best foot massage I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Best hotel in Kintamani.

The only cons we had was our toilet jet was leaking and water was over flowing on the floor. There was no AC in the room. The room is cold enough with the fans, but keep in mind you’re in Kintamani.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you need. All the staff were very welcoming especially the ones that worked in the restaurant up stairs.

Because the hotel is completely made of concrete and because of the humidity there is a strange smell on some places and in the bathroom but it didn’t bother us. What really bothered me were the flies- but as the whole region around the hotel is an organic agriculture land this is expected

Very beautiful hotel in minimalist japandi style with an amazing view of the lake Batur, mount Batur and mount Agung. The view from our room was spectacular. The design of the room and in the hotel in general is sooo beautiful, I love it. Restaurant is top 🔝 The hike to mount Batur was perfectly organized. Wellness center was also excellent

The decoration of the restaurant could be improved, as well as the music playing, the food is good but a better quality restaurant would benefit the hotel.

The room is increíble, the views over the Batur and the lake are astonishing. SPA recomended, the full body Massage was perfect. The room is beautiful and the bed really comfortable.

Place is ok, it looks like it’s not finished yet, the staff is trying, but it’s clear that it’s a little difficult for them. The food in the restaurant is not bad, but not wow. For dinner I would choose other restaurants nearby.

Sink was leaking and the shower hose was leaking when you flexed it. Disappointed that activities stated on their website so this should have been clarified on the page itself rather than being told this when I contacted them

Given the location, we expected bugs, however due to the installation of the room doors and balcony sliding doors, there is quite a large gap that allows for more bugs to easily enter the room. However, the staff was helpful in coming right away to help remove the bugs and provide a spray to help at night. If this space between doors is fixed, I could have lived here!

There is major construction work right next to the hotel, which is very noisy during daytime. We felt very disappointed about this as we were hoping for peace and quiet in natural surroundings. The room features a large nice stone bathtub, but not enough hot water to actually use it.

The location is superb, with beautiful views from the rooftop of the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. The food quality overall was satisfying.

The door of the rooms side way making hard to closed open and locked it ,and gap from door that not fully closed makes wind trap in between cause whistle sound inside room , no tv .

Amazing view with mountains ,catch the sunrise And when u lucky u got the fog underneath but that’s not all the time ,sunset not gonna get it ,breakfast are delicious great coffee u got option of vegan milk if u have lactose intolerance, hotel design is amazing except the door ,love the live band they did on weekend lovely rooftop and nice lovely fireplace seats while enjoying the view
