The only thing was that the taxi couldn't drive right to the place because the road is so narrow, so we had to carry our luggage 100m. It was OK but if we had any more bags we would have struggled :)

The set up is great. We loved sitting in the shaded communal area drinking coffee and getting on with our work. The pool is lovely, and the garden really lush. The bathroom is fab. Just 3 small villas sharing a space so nice and quiet and friendly.

One of the nicest places we have been in Bali, looking very nice and you are surrounded by lush green gardens. Outdoor bathroom in tropical style, and the garden with pool is super nice.

only downside for us were the big gaps above/below the doors. Also, if you have a lot of luggage like we did, it’s not directly accessible by car so just something to bare in mind.

Like I have said the only negative aspect was the fact that there is no way to block light when the sun rises and for us it was to deal with this but I think this varies from. person to person and for other people might not be an issue. We would still go again if we could go back.

We weren’t supposed to stay as we tried to get a refund but since it wasn’t possible we decided to make use of the money and we loved our stay. We are not only eating the stay with a 10 as we were expecting a word from the owner apologizing for a misunderstanding from his side and also for the fact that there is no way of blocking the light from outdoors for a proper sleeping but this may not be an issue to other people. We enjoyed every other single aspect from the design which is beautiful, the location is just perfect as it’s not facing a busy road or anything like that, the kitchen was really handy for us to cook our own food (nobody uses it by the way) and the swimming pool and garden are a beauty. We highly recommend if you would like to have a super relaxed time in Pererenan. The Dutch lady and Putu (property manager) were very friendly and nice too. Thank you!

Putu is an excellent villa manager who is attentive to our needs, and always strives for her best. The villa is ideally located on a quite street on Pererenan, away from bustling Canggu, and is a beautiful piece of property. The shared pool is a welcome oasis from the heat, and we never failed to use it every day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay here.

Just be aware the last 50ish metres to the place are not accessible by car (but are accessible on a scooter) - might make it hard to find it if travelling by a taxi.

Very nice and responsive staff, clean nicely decorated accommodation in a quieter part of Canggu, only three bungalows in a pretty garden with a pool and outdoor kitchen.

they write the private pool in the booking but when we came here we see that it is not a privale pool it is normal shared pool. So I rented this villa because of the private pool. Even other thing is good,cant find what you rent is a scam for me.

The pool could be maintained *slightly* better bit it didn't affect my stay and I still enjoyed my morning and evening swim.

I extended my stay two times during my trip to Bali. Ohana Boutique Villas served as the perfect home base to travel elsewhere on the island from. I stayed in several other places throughout my visit and Ohana ranks very highly with excellent value. It is right in the centre of Pererenan and Canggu – super accessible to everywhere you would want to visit in the area. What is extra special about its location is the fact you can see the rice paddies through a little temple next door – this is rare (I visited several friends' villas and they don't have such privilege.) The view from Villa 2 is just a dream. All of the green space in the garden is also special and seemingly unique to this property. The outdoor kitchen is well-equipped and the outdoor bathroom is a treat – it is covered so it stays clean even when there was rain. Gusti is an excellent house manager – he was so sweet and welcoming (waited up for my late arrival) and took care of my every need throughout the stay. He even arranged for my laundry to be delivered in time for my departure when the laundry shop wasn't yet open. I have several friends visiting Bali over the next year and I'll recommend this property.

Our room was not cleaned properly. We had smeared insects on the wall, dead insects, excrements from whatever pest, and dust ball collecting the corners. We were promised a garden/pool view, but to our dismay, our view was of a stark concrete wall. Booking.com mentioned a private pool for the room category we booked. However, upon arrival, we discovered it was a shared facility. It appeared as though all the facilities were checked off on Booking.com, indicating their availability. Yet, our reservation did not reflect this. Booking.com showcased pictures with a special view over the rice fields from the pool, however, this view have been blocked by a concrete wall. Our room had a significant number of ants and mosquitoes. We think that the primary reasons for this is that doors to the outside couldn't close probably. Allowing insects free access to the villa. 2/10. Staff seemed friendly, however, the misleading facilities and pictures from Booking.com, combined with an unclean room.
