No windows in the room and a bit of a musty smell, though most hotels in Bali smell like that.

The staff are lovely, their driver had to wait for an hour when I was delayed at the airport and he was so gracious, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious in the 3rd floor breakfast room. The location is so close to the airport, very convenient for a late night arrival. The room was clean and had tea and coffee facilities and fresh water. The bed was very comfortable.

What I liked the most was the lady at the front desk, she is a fabulous person. I liked the building location and decoration, room space, overall comfort and air con.

My room could have a check up on the bathroom drain. The water almost reached the edge that goes into the room. There was no window/sunlight at all in my room.

It's a very new stay. But it started off really well. Love to see the development on the breakfast on the rooftop. The location is very close to the airport. So it's a good stop for in between. Also the style of the stay is very calming.

The hotel is perfect, this is the second time I have stayed and it is still satisfying. With clean rooms, complete room facilities, and bathrooms equipped with hot water, the service provided is also very friendly. This hotel also has a unique and very beautiful design, in my opinion the price of this hotel is quite low with complete facilities, I can borrow a hair dryer here which is very helpful for me. I ordered a hotel pickup and was very grateful because the driver who picked me up was willing to wait to complete my business for hours at the airport. This will be the hotel I will visit every time I go on holiday to Bali.

From the moment I step in the room, the room smells, there is no ventilation at all in the room, the pillow and blanket is also smelly, called receptionist to ask if they can change the pillow sheet and blanket sheet but they said they cant. I went outside to get fresh air when I came back the reception said while I was out she went inside my room to spray the bed with some fabric perfume, I wasn't expecting that, and felt a bit uncomfortable that she went inside while I was out, she could have done this when I was in the room because I did stayed there for awhile. Still the bed, blanket and pillow smells... does not change at all even she has sprayed it with some perfume stuff. Then there is music playing as well loud, I was in level 2 of the building and can hear it very loud. Late that night I develop light fever and just feeling unwell and just cant wait to move out in the next day. Next day moved to another budget hotel with well ventilated room.

The hotel is very comfortable, the interior is unique and classy. I was very interested in the lobby interior which seemed luxurious and aesthetic so I took a lot of photos. The rooms and bathrooms are also very clean, in my opinion the price is very cheap for a hotel with complete facilities. I felt very comfortable because the staff there were helpful and provided very good service and were always friendly to guests. I also ordered breakfast, they served it well and it tasted good. A very good and strategic hotel because it is on the main By Pass road near the airport and souvenir center. I will stay again when I go on holiday to Bali with my family.

Cockroaches in room , terrible smell, want sure if sheets were changed… looked dirty. Food was not good toile and shower were right next to each other and having a shower meant a wet toilet.
