During the day, it was not possible to reach anyone at the hotel. We even called and texted several times but we didn’t get any response. We wanted to rent a scooter at the property but since nobody ever responded, we ended up renting it somewhere else. This was a bit annoying since we only had one day there

The room and the property were nice. They helped with the airport shuttle and it was possible to check in at nighttime, which was very convenient.

Good location. Close to lots of restaurants. Supermarket close by and a quick 15 minute scooter ride to the beach. Scooter rental available at property. Staff are friendly and very helpful. We would stay again.

I wish the dorm has better privacy between beds. The beds are a bit creaky, it wakes me up every time someone turns on their bed

The room we were in had a window that faced the courtyard which was lit up by multiple lights & string lights, there was only sheer curtains in our room, so we had light shining in from all angles when it was dark, and then were woken as soon as the sun came up. My partner got quite sick from the mould in the bedroom, all over the windows and window sills (i can imagine in more places as well). The pillows and bed was uncomfortable and we struggled to get to sleep most nights. Bathroom lacked a bit of privacy, the privacy sticker on the glass doors was sliding down from the heat & wasn’t really covering much. There was a jug of water provided, however it was warm (it sat out on the bench as it didn’t fit in the mini fridge) and the dispenser pump that was in it was broken, we just brought bottled water from a Mini Mart & drank that instead. Some of these things were out of their control, but others could make for good improvement. If they treated the mould and got comfier beds and pillows we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 4 days, the villa itself was very welcoming and quiet, it felt secure & safe. The staff were also very very lovely. Our room was a good size & comfortably fit all of our stuff. Nice heated communal pool, with a communal kitchen & seating area with bean bags. Location was right off a main street with plenty of food, markets and a Mini Mart. Staff also arranged a hire scooter for us, which was helpful.

The street is next to the noisiest street ever which is not their fault of course. But plus there are a lot of people living “hostel vibes” so always using the shared kitchen and shared spaces till 12pm/ 2am. They should give guests some hours restrictions. So not a place where to relax! We couldn’t sleep for all our stay till 2/3am Pool was not usable unfortunately, dirty and green, we couldnt see the bottom. The wooden house where we stayed has a lot of potential, it can really be amazing but definitely need renovation and small details which are not nice. It’s a true pity that they let the structure falling a part slowly.

Private pool is still so a lot of bugs collect on the surface. The main pool (public) was great and very clean.

The place is really nice. But it too close to the main street so we cant sleep well because of the traffic noise. Anyway, still vote for this place. There's a noodle stall in front of the house that worth to try too.

The rooms were rub down compared to the pictures. The nets over the windows to stop the bugs had holes so our room was filled with mosquitoes.

The sound of the bunk when you climb up and down. I don't want to annoy other people sharing the same room. Anyway, It's just a small detail.

Awful WiFi which basically doesn’t work, plug next to bed didn’t work, no curtains around bed, showers and toilets are tiny and have frosted glass so absolutely no privacy at all, photos are misleading as the swanky kitchens are not accessible for dorm guests.

Comfortable bed and pillow, lovely staff, clean, chilled vibe, kitchen with communal fridge and cooking facilities, short walk from restaurants and supermarkets (but no pavement), cheap!

I would have preferred if the bathroom/toilets/showers had locked doors and the bathroom had a constant damp smell due to wet towels left in there.

I only stayed for 2 nights but the property was beautiful and the staff were lovely and very helpful. It is sociable and easy to meet other solo travellers but is also a beautiful place to relax :) A short walk to a few shops and cafés but I mostly used taxis/scooters to get to places.

i stayed here 1.5 years ago and sadly the quality has gone down. the beds aren't wood anymore so very squeaky, the bathrooms aren't very clean...

The location was a little far to walk to everything. If we had been more comfortable on a scooter it would have been perfect. But in saying that we had no problems getting Grabs when we wanted to go to the main part of Uluwatu. It was also quite loud with the traffic and next door party celebrations.

We liked the pool area the best, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The size of the villa was great.

Bunk beds are quite squeaky and not overly comfortable after a few nights. I’d have preferred more privacy curtains but made do.

Beautiful pool and common areas. I really like that the gate it lockable so feels private. Very quiet but also had the opportunity to socialise. Hot and relatively powerful shower which was so appreciated. The staff were all super friendly and clean property.

There was no one at the reception for answering questions. They had construction works going while I was there. Would have been nice to get notified about that in advance. They put more beds in the dorm room where I stayed in. 8beds instead of 4beds. And also not made out of wood as shown on the pictures. More likely cheap steel bunk beds.
