Bathroom needs a very deep clean, looks like it has never been scrubbed

The property was never notified of my booking through booking.com. Because of this, the staff wouldn't let me stay unless I paid AGAIN in cash. This was no fault of theirs and I understand their position. The money wasn't the issue as it was reasonable cheap, but it put us all in a very uncomfortable situation. The toilet was also broken..

There is no drinking water in the property, only for money. There is no hot water The hotel confirmed another chek-in time, but when i came, it offered me to pay for it. I had the confirmation at booking. I should to wait 4 hours at 36C.

Strategic location - beach and airport are nearby. A lot of cafes and market nearby Abdul good stuff

I've stayed here before, and the room was excellent. that is why came back. However, this time I was put in a different room that had no mirrors, one electrical outlet and that was in the bathroom plus the shower faucets looks like they haven't been cleaned in a decade.

All fine and ok with me! Wouldn't spend your holiday here, but great for early departure or late arrival or a one night stop before onwards travel

From the reviews I was expecting much worse! Was very pleasantly surprised. Found it clean and quiet, very comfortable bed, air-conditioning not particularly cold but strong enough to take the edge off, staff were nice, chill and quietly friendly, good price and very close to the airport for easy and quick access. Would stay again when transiting through.

Better signage from main road. Lights and signs at the Hotel non-existent. Not well marked.

This hotel isn't modern. You might get that impression from the pictures, like many Oyo Hotels. This is a Balinese place that is conveniently located near the airport and less costly. I wanted to walk it the one km from the airport to save taxi money, but it was late going through the Bali airports customs hassles, so I bargained for a 10 $ taxi. The walk was doable but the location much more obscure than I expected. Small Oyo sign and not a big tall building in OYO lights. If you follow google maps you'll get there, but if unfamiliar with Bali might be intimidating at night. But Bali is very tame and safe. India is way more intense. Anyway, I've lived in India 19 winters so am not picky about rooms, as long as the sheets are washed and clean I'm good. The room was fine. Nothing spectacular. Not the ritz. Friendly good folks family run the place. Bali is laid back as are the Balinese.

The staff was very unfriendly when we arrived late, he made us sign something and didn't even know what it was when we asked him. He didn't smile, didn't even look at us in the eyes and didn't say hi properly. Didn't give any information if we didn't ask. Woke us up to make us pay in the middle of the night. The state of the bathroom was unwell, no toilet paper.

We stayed one night as we arrived late from Denpasar airport and it was convenient to sleep here to travel the following day to Uluwatu

Booking was horribly handled, all replies were in Indonesian, we had booked just for one night as we were arriving late from the airport and leaving in the morning. Booked else where because we didn't want to be stranded. Then in the end we were not refunded ANYTHING! And we cancelled more than 24 hrs before

it was terrible the photos are from the beginning of time, there was insect droppings and dirt everywhere, the building has holes and the paint is crumbling off. I know this is a budget hotel but it really is terrible we checked out 30 mins after checking in
