Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ATTENTION…!!!!!! Don’t book this hotel. You will pay more than you have look in Booking price. The hotel will charges higher than you have book by kinds of application.(OYO,Booking.com) Like scam… I have the experience and really disappointed when i arrived in the hotel, I arrived in the evening and they said just go out and looking for other hotel. Can you imagine it ?? How i can get another hotel in same time? Just like trick and scammer.

IndonesiaI would say, this is a humble guest house. It's a small room but i feel comfortable throughout the stay (the vibe is really homey). Everything is clean; room, bathroom, kitchen area, corridor. Very good wifi connection. It was shared bathroom, amazingly very clean, have HOT WATER and the water pressure is awesome ; plenty of waterrrr The staffs are really helpful and attentive to what we need.the lady who worked the morning shift helped me to get the laundry done, so i don't have to go there by my self. The location is behind the PGRI University. Just 2 mins walking, there is 24 hours Warung Bubur Kacang Ijo. The property is easy to find. RECOMENDED for you guys who seek a nice and decent place to sleep over while in Semarang.
