The room wasn’t cleaned once the whole week I was there, only one towel for the duration of my stay. my bathroom wasn’t cleaned and was dirty on arrival. The bathroom was outdoors with a plastic cover over the top which allowed all sorts of insects into the room. I have eaten alive during my stay. location is poor, nothing close by.

The place is not clean dusty and we had many lizards maybe 3 or 4 in the room, during the night we was sleeping and suddenly we found a frog next to our bed . I can understand it’s nature but still the room full of spiders webs in all corners and the humidity was very high .

There is too much to say; the communication with the staff is bad, the shower facilities rusted and water doesn’t work well, smell coming from bathroom, the pool far too chlorinated. The room however was clean when I arrived. the general upkeep of the property is very bad for the price, you can get better accomodation for your money.

After we checked in and paid for 2 nights, the next morning the owner started knocking on the door demanding payment. After 2 days, we agreed with the administrator that we would stay one more night, but the owner knocked on the door again in the morning. Very stressful, unpleasant, we had to leave. The room was damp, it was not ventilated, it smelled of mold. Window didn't open

the hot water was not working in the shower, the 4 windows did not lock so it felt really unsafe, there is no staff / reception on the premises after hours, the property & bedroom needs an update.

Unfortunately I had the water pump in front of my room and the motor of the AC on the other side so I heard both and couldn't sleep. Also the pictures are old and the room is not in this condition like on the pics anymore. Expect cockcrows without pause.

The girl of the staff was super cute even if she doesn't spoke any English so it was hard to communicate. Close to Balangan Beach with scooter. Also you can use the kitchen.

My room was very dirty and it looked completely different from what I was expecting to see. The bedsheet was not fresh either. Fortunately, the staff came and cleaned my room, but I was still shocked that my room was NOT ready for my arrival. The room itself was in poor condition.

This is a scam! The place is not managed at all. The room and beds were not cleaned (fun fact, had some rat poop.on my bed sheets). The whole place was moldy and full of spiders. AC was not working. No pressure in the shower. Did asked for cleaning and fixing. Nothing was made by the manager. Had to stay three days, left after one night. I had an open conversation with the manager about the quality of his service, some other guests heard it and complained as well. This day multiple people left the place. Only positive I got from this experience is that i can write this review and warn anyone about this place. If you want to enjoy your holidays, you should avoid this place.

When we arrive there's nobody to recive us, just found a key at the door. We arrive in time. The room was dirty and the swimming pool has stangnant water with an ecosystem. The worst room never been.

1. No one at the front desk. Had to ask the local driver to call someone for the key. And they told us the key is in the door. 2. Super duper creepy to check in at night. You get what you pay for tbh. It’s a 30 min drive in the middle of no where, when we arrived we were moved room due to lights not working. When we got to our room it was absolutely awful, looks like the furniture hasn’t been cleaned or changed in 20 years. The sheets were dirty, floors and towels were dirty, shower had no wall attachment and the ac spits out dirty air. No staff on hand to receive things like extra toilet roll or any assistance. Absolutely catfished by this property, even the outside area is so unkept, the pool is a pond, the grass hasn’t been cut in months and stray dogs just roamed the property as they pleased.

First it look nothing like the pictures and I had to learn that from my trip to bali that they scam you with pictures.

The woman who works there is nice and always smiling at anything you say and that the natural of the people in bali there so friendly love them all ❤️

Rooms did need a lot more cleaning , rooms and kitchen . If you get put closest to the main office there is a loud water pump noise so ear plugs were needed to sleep but rooms close to the kitchen didn’t hear this. Staff were only around when you checked in so it was difficult to get extra toilet roll but they did give you their phone number if you needed anything .

The location is pretty empty. Hardly any restaurants close, 1 shop with minimal supplies, ended up ordering all our meals on grab which kinda sucked! If you have bike you’ll be fine!

Really nice room. Colourful mosaic floor & very comfy bed. Good a/c and a nice big window into a very tropical & green garden patch.

Absolutely horrid place. We had booked them for 2 weeks but left after 1 night. There was no toilet paper or soap in the room. Spiderwebs in every corner. The space under the bed hasn’t been cleaned in years just like the rest of the room. The whole room reeked of mould. Wifi barely worked. Bathroom had an ant nest. Found bugs on our bed at arrival.There was even hair left behind in the bathroom from someone who had shaved there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
