- Air Con was so loud, sounded like an airplane taking off. Had to turn it off at night in order to sleep, meaning it was too hot - Shower pressure was terrible - ‘White towels’ were slightly brown - Bed uncomfortable

My plane was late 4h, and I sent them an email about it. I arrived there at 3am and nobody opened for me. I was on my own, if not local man on scooter who helped me wake them up I would probably come back to airport and sleep there. Otherwise, for the price I paid everything was fair.

It really needs a proper cleaning and some easy repairs ( sink tap is loose, shower head leaking etc). Towels didn't smell fresh. Sheets just ok . I don't recommend this place to stay after a exahauting flight but one night before departure is fine.

No water heater..bathroom very dirty..pictures shown on the site are just the reception and pool..the lodging situated across the street, which seemed quite dodgy and unsafe and dark..if I knew this was the case, I would have spent abit more for a better place..

Good location very close to the airport and the staff were helpful. Cheap and mostly chearful.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable except there was no bed cover so I had to use my beach towel. There was no toilet roll and the toilet didnt flush.

There was not toilet paper in the bathroom. They have water but no glasses or a cup! We have to ask for bedsheets and towels.

Stayed in this hotel a few hours during the day before cockroach in bathroom, no toilet roll (even when asked for the staff it) no bottle of water (no shop near by) no sheets on bed and damp on walls.

The room was filthy, black mould on walls, mould inside the fridge, bathroom smelt like urine, there was no hot water and the shower barely trickled, worst room I have ever stayed in, the tv remote had no batteries, we stayed out until 11pm to avoid being in the room and left for the airport early at 7am just to get away from there. The photos are a lie. Worst experience I've ever had, thank goodness it was just a few hours from 11pm to 7am that we stayed there.

We arrived and they told us our booking had been cancelled. They couldn't give us a reason why or tell us who cancelled it. When I showed them that my booking was still showing as active and confirmed on my end they just shrugged and suggested I look for somewhere else to stay. Atrocious customer service and I have made an official complaint with Booking.com about them.

The room they gave me was in a different building, outside the hotel. The room did no look like the pictures, smelled rotten, the furniture was broken, and the bed sheets were dirty. In addition to this, they only allow cash payments, which they do not mention in the description. Really bad experience.
