How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Sheets and towels could have been cleaner (they were clean but still looked dirty). Not enough pool towels. (I mentioned this last stay but still an issue).
Lovely property. Gardens beautiful. Homely atmosphere. Near beach and warungs.

Our room was at the third floor and we had big luggages; staff helped us carry but we struggle going up every time we go out. No elevators as the property is a resort vibe. Better to request for ground floor when you book. Rooms needs renovation as it looks tired.
Location is perfect, few steps to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby or in the hotel, near the mall, the pool and breakfast is relatively good. Room is spacious as well

Rooms are a bit outdated, but you can't complain, given the price.
Close to the airport for a short stop over. Great pool and restaurant. What's not to love. Excellent value for money.

The resort is looking tired and needs work. But it looks like they were doing work when we were there. We loved how unpretentious it was, so we didn't mind it being a bit older.
Staff are so friendly and warm. Housekeeping did a thorough job of our room everyday. Even though facilities are basic it is still clean. Cable TV channels were awesome to have, esp cartoon channels for our 4 year old. Restaurant staff were excellent and professional also. The pool and the entire grounds are well looked after and it has such a relaxed vibe. We will be back for sure. We enjoyed the breakfast and egg station each morning. Thanks for having us 🥰

1. Few staff were not helpfull 2. Do not rent a bike from hotel, they will guide to some random guy who doesn't have the proper bikes in a good conditions 3. Door locks were at critical situation 4. Please add some vegetarian menu at hotel

Nice hotel in near distance to the airport. Comfortable, clean, air condition and fridge in the room. The hotel own swimming pool and is short distance to beach and Kuta town centre.

The shower area wasn’t enclosed so that the toilet area gets wet after using the shower.
I love that it was very near the airport. We arrived at 12mn and only had to travel for 10 mins going to the hotel. Breakfast buffet selections was limited but just enough.

Shower needed a shower curtain as I got water all over the floor Could have benefitted from a small shop for items like toothpaste
Hotel was beautiful. Plants/trees, flowers, very green. Gorgeous stay. A pleasure to be there. Staff were so friendly Food and spa treatments were great value. Room service was prompt and food always delivered immediately Communication was good Taxi there and back was early, easy to find, and got me to the airport efficiently Bedroom was gorgeous

In my opinion the reception of the hotel should have more trips to recommend and organise for the turists!
I liked the location, swimming pool, breakfast, very friendly and polite people in the restaurant and reception as well! the room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily! Every morning we received 2 bottles of water! The minibar was very useful to keep our drinks cold !Air condition was working well!

Was all good
Nice place for some nights. the beach, the center and the airport are really near (walkable distance). Moreover there is a nice swimming pool and a great breakfast.

No coffee or tea in room but they supply kettle and cups. I thought that was odd. I asked at reception and was told no supply for room.
Excellent low cost hotel located close to the airport on Kuta Beach. Quiet location. Good breakfast. Decent WiFi.
