The toilets could be better. Especially the shower water flow.

Location was great! It is near the beach and riding distance to the town was easy! The owner is very helpful ! He allows me to wash all my diving gears and provide me with extra racks..

Could be cleaner, a clean freak probably wouldn’t cope here but we got over it. It’s just a bit older so would be hard to make look clean. Everything else made up for it.

Location here is spot on! The most friendly accommodating hosts, sorted us out with everything at a great price. Breakfast was included from their warung menu. Some of nicest people! Would def stay again.

Ketut and Wayung went out of their way to assist us throughout the duration of our trip. Desi cooked exceptional food for our complimentary breakfast every morning even packed it for an excursion that we had booked. Amazing location right on the beach, you could hear the waves every night so peaceful too. Handy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean and the shower heads probably need replacing soon as sediment buildup has blocked lots of the outlets, but for $80AUD/nt for 2 bed/2bath huge villa I wasn’t complaining!

The position was excellent, and was a great little hideaway. We had conjoined rooms with 2 ensuites which was such a treat as so many affordable resorts cram 4 people in 1 room. there is only 3 villas I think sharing 1 pool so it’s lovely and relaxed. We hired their scooters to explore the Islands at $10/day/scooter- bargain!! breakfast also included in their cafe overlooking the beach or by the pool/in your room. Nothing! I would stay again in a heartbeat - these people are fantastic, so obliging! Great value for bike hire, organizing a boat to go snorkeling and although we didn't, you could also get a car organized to take you around. Our room wasn't serviced everyday but honestly thats not an issue is it?!

Dont judge a book by its cover! The entry from the beach if you go in through the restaurant may be off-putting to some but thats not what is behind the gate! This is a great location on the beach just a few meters from the transfer boat launching site and without the 1000 steps that most other accommodation providers have in Lembongan. The rooms are huge, comfortable (the best bed ever!) with all the normal indoor facilities, outside deck with chairs and a small pool in a lovely garden. There are only 3 rooms so not a huge amount of people coming and going night and day either. And the staff are incredible - they go out of their way to please and there is nothing they cannot organise. Great value for money.

Absolutely fantastic for a family holiday, not a place for young people looking to party. The rooms are perfectly designed for a family of four, with two, two bedroom rooms interconnected by a door which can be hard to find sometimes. Often one parent can be with one child in one room and the other in another at opposite ends of the hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, we planned to stay five nights and ended staying eight. Really great breakfast, cheap scooter hire, and just pretty much cheap everything. If you need anything, just ask Wayan 😀. Wayan and Ekkas really made us feel like family and I cannot rate this place higher for a family stay. It’s 110% from us 🙏.

I wasn't going to write a review. I was just going to leave it as the owner seemed cool, but then... - we got woken up at 8:40 this morning (Sunday morning) and told we had to leave by 9 as other guests were checking in at 10. Our checkout was supposed to be midday according to this app, so obviously not too impressed by that. Even if the 9am checkout is a thing here, why weren't we told about this in advance? Why check new guests in this early? Strange policy.. So in addition to that, the reality of this place is that: - Two power sockets (by desk) are (semi) disfunctional, and made me buy a new power cable for my laptop before realising the issue was dodgy sockets/wiring - Bit of an insect problem (3 dead roaches, 4 live ones), plaster bagworm infestation. I understand roaches can be hard to get rid of but bagworms can be sorted quite easily in a few minutes by decent cleaning. They were literally all over the walls. - Fridge needs defrosting. Not a massive deal but shows a lack of care/maintenance/cleaning. - Stinks a bit. Sewage smell from bathroom.

Location. It's in a lovely part of the island near the beach. I liked being able to hear the waves at night.

The rooms are very basic and quite run down. The toilet didn’t really flush properly and the doors don’t shut completely so the rooms are quite noisy, especially the back room which faces a laneway that has motorbikes going down it at all hours. There was nowhere to store valuables but Lembongan felt pretty safe so this didn’t seem like a big issue to us.

The owner was very nice and made an effort to make our stay as stress-free as possible. The location right next to the beach is excellent. The rooms are very spacious and it is great to be able to start the day with a breakfast from the attached warung. On two occasions we had an early start and they dropped an early cooled breakfast at our room for us. The pool is small but very clean. The air conditioners were effective and the wifi was pretty reliable.

The booking said that there was only a four-bed (family sweet) available. I was the only person there until the last day. So I feel like I was paying for a family-sized room when I only needed to pay for a single room. Therefore I was overcharged. The shower In my room didn't work and had no hot water but luckily the second room I had to pay for did have a shower that worked and had hot water(My room didn't have hot water), but the first time I turned the shower on it exploded and was very inconsistent water and doing all sorts of wild things. The doors were old and were very hard to lock and I feel like would have easily been broken into, I don't feel it wasn't a secure place.

The location was great. They were very good with hiring a scooter but the scooter was very old and rattled quiet abit.
