The bathrooms need a complete upgrade as they are tired and old fashioned. The shower was over a bath making it difficult and dangerous to access. The water temperature of the shower was very inconsistent.

The staff were very welcoming, happy and attentive. The breakfast included in our room rate, although not a buffet, was ample and delicious with different options. Very comfortable bed with easy access to the pool from our ground floor room.

Room door had a 30mm gap around it letting in light and bugs, Very dark at night down pathways to rooms. Alley way down to beach at night is completely black and would scare a lot of people off walking by themselves.

Property is quite old but has a cool Balinese feel to it. We had a room which had access straight to the pool which was really good and room was large and bathroom spacious.

It was an older property but I didn’t really mind at all. There isn’t a lift to the 1st and 2nd floor rooms which is fine for me but might be difficult for some people.

Room was spacious and had everything, hotel is older with lovely gardens and a real faded charm vibe. The pool was lovely and the staff were happy for us to hang out there for a couple of hours until we were ready to leave for the airport. The water in the room is refilled sealed glass bottles rather than plastic, which is a great low waste option.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great start to the day with fresh fruit and pastries. The location was perfect as close to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

After spending time in other types of accomodation in Bali where nature was intruding into our rooms, it was such a relief to check into a solid bugs and mosquito proof hotel with great air conditioning, comfy beds, room service and pleasant bath tub with lovely smelling bubble bath. The pool area although small was very agreeable. The breakfast was a highlight for us. It's a la carte but very generous. I tried the continental and American breakfast. The eggs Benedict were delicious as were fried eggs. All breakfast came with juice, coffee, fruits, basket of bread and pastries and a full breakfast of your choice. This was perfect for our group who enjoyed waffles, pancakes and French toast. The hotel has a nice pool table in the common area and a library upstairs. We enjoyed the quiet of the place and slept so well at night.

Very minor things - the air-conditioning was noisy and at night we could hear the reception phone ringing and people playing pool.

Big, clean family room, great bathroom. Huge breakfast - too much to eat! Good location - close to beach, shops, restaurants and turtles! Staff were kind and friendly. We arrived on a Monday and got to experience the culture show / dance.

There was a women working at the reception who was really really unfriendly. We weren’t sure about how to get to the airport so when asking her for help her responses were really unfriendly which was a big bummer to us. To us she seemed very unprofessional when talking to guests. Due to that incident our stay has a negative connotation now.

It was quite noisy at night. You could hear every bang and noise outside the room, which made it very hard to sleep. The breakfast was mediocre. I was expecting more for the price.

The swimming pool was nice and warm. The family room is quite spacious.
