We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Well managed new hotel at a central location in Banda Aceh town. I was very happy with an upgrade to a room with windows without extra charges. Excellent beds and seperated shower/toilet, nice small fridge, good working WiFi. All staff are very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is good and tasty.

Good location near to Masjid Baiturrahman and they offer transport to mosque for Subuh and Teraweh since we stay during Ramadan. Sahur/breakfast are included. Near to Suzuya Mall and restaurant. Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay here.

The location is great - there's a big supermarket just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, and there's my favorite restaurant (KQ5) just beside the hotel building. The hotel also offer the transport if you would like to go for subuh prayer at the grand mosque.

Malaysiathis is new hotel. just around bundaran simpang lima & just walking away from pasar aceh plus just walking distance from masjid raya baiturrahman. great location. no worried about hungry bcoz there's a coffee shop at hotel with nice & comfy enviroment. restaurant nasi padang & soho coffee shop just around your door. this is 1st time i found a hotel that separate the toilet & bathroom. good effort. i surely will stay here when i come to banda aceh. keepit up guys!!!
