Super cool. Pods are comfy. Very convenient after late arrival or before early departure. Aircon inside. Big bathrooms. Own storage locker.

I think it would be noisy if it was busy, the locking mechanism on the door is automatic and is noisy, but still prefer doors over curtains. One of the sinks was broken and seemed to have been that way for quite a while. No one checked our luggage tag, just allowed us to go in and get our bag, could lead to bag theft in future if tags not checked. Its as comfortable as you can imagine for a capsule. My air flow in the corner of the capsule was making a whirring buzzing noise all night, so make sure to bring good ear plugs!

Very very convenient, located inside the airport on the first floor. Good room inside the capsules and actual doors which we prefer over a curtain. Showers good and soap and shampoo included. Towels provided. Blanket given too. Lockers available inside for smaller items. Bags put behind reception with tags on for identification. Quite quiet however it seemed not busy so take this into account.

Low cost convenience for long layover. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Capsule beds are surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Nice to shower gender separated.

Super convenient, clean and easy for a late arrival at the airport before travelling on the next day. Toothbrush and toothpaste and towel provided were a very welcome touch. Pods have usb charge points.

Convenient, clean and quiet. The capsules themselves aren’t soundproof but people were very quiet and respectful of the space. There was room to sit up inside and options for lighting. Hot showers were great and you get a locker with a towel and toothbrush included as well as a bottle of water. My flight arrived late and was so glad I chose to stay here when I checked in at 3am. Would stay again.

Does it's job perfectly. Just the thing I needed for a quick place to rest for an overnight connection without having to spend too much. Super conveniently located–takes just minutes to check into from when you clear customs. Escalator up from the exit area and it's right there.

Great to spend the night before an early morning flight. Everything as expected for a capsule hotel.

As futuristic as it looks, the power points inside the capsules need an upgrade. I couldn’t use my type C cable with and without the brick because the only plug points were USB. This was very stressful but you can ask the front desk to charge your devices as, like I said before, they are very helpful. Wouldn’t recommend for more than a night’s stay though. It can feel a little claustrophobic.

Exceptionally convenient and clean. Very futuristic and cool look. The staff, as is the gold standard of the Balinese experience, is exceptionally polite and friendly. I was also grateful at how helpful they are. Bonus: this hotel’s staff don’t harass customers with extra add-ons to get as much money out of the customer as possible.
