Could hear some noise due to construction work going on, and the blanket given was thin, if like to have had a thicker blanket other than that it was so convenient.

Location was spot on for a late arrival into Bali just what I needed, a place to put my head down for the night. Bed was comfy, clean facilities. Wifi was great.

Watch that step in the gents toilet/washroom. There are two different levels. I cracked my foot off it. Twice! Doh.

Very convenient on Floor 2. Away from the taxi mafia. Lots of nice food on Floor 3. A really cool climate. Beds are comfy. Linen is clean. Perfect for a late arrival or early departure.

No clear signage when you get out of the 2nd floor lift. Walk directly straight then turn right then you see signage for gopass hotel.

Staff really helpful. Space very clean and lockers for smaller items. Oversized items that did not fit locker put in room behind staff desk. Staff labelled and collected oversized luggage.

I think it would be noisy if it was busy, the locking mechanism on the door is automatic and is noisy, but still prefer doors over curtains. One of the sinks was broken and seemed to have been that way for quite a while. No one checked our luggage tag, just allowed us to go in and get our bag, could lead to bag theft in future if tags not checked. Its as comfortable as you can imagine for a capsule. My air flow in the corner of the capsule was making a whirring buzzing noise all night, so make sure to bring good ear plugs!

Very very convenient, located inside the airport on the first floor. Good room inside the capsules and actual doors which we prefer over a curtain. Showers good and soap and shampoo included. Towels provided. Blanket given too. Lockers available inside for smaller items. Bags put behind reception with tags on for identification. Quite quiet however it seemed not busy so take this into account.

Low cost convenience for long layover. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Capsule beds are surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Nice to shower gender separated.

Convenient, clean and quiet. The capsules themselves aren’t soundproof but people were very quiet and respectful of the space. There was room to sit up inside and options for lighting. Hot showers were great and you get a locker with a towel and toothbrush included as well as a bottle of water. My flight arrived late and was so glad I chose to stay here when I checked in at 3am. Would stay again.

Does it's job perfectly. Just the thing I needed for a quick place to rest for an overnight connection without having to spend too much. Super conveniently located–takes just minutes to check into from when you clear customs. Escalator up from the exit area and it's right there.
