How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Unfortunately other guests that had early morning or late night flights didn't think about that there might be others who are still sleeping. Yelling over the corridor and slamming the sliding doors happened every night. So bring EARPLUGS! But for a night it is definitely worth it.
I checked in here because I was leaving Bali for a couple of days to see a friend in Singapore. Knwoijg I can leave my baggage safe and being already close to the airport was a huge plus for me. The staff was so friendly and happy to see me multiple times as usually ppl won't stay there for multiple nights. The pod/capsule has more space than what I first thought. It is really comfortable and I had a good sleep. Larger luggage will be stowed in an extra room and there is also a big locker. Toothbrush, toothpaste and towel as well as 3in1 shampoo is provided.

Bed very hard and uncomfortable
Very clean facilities and convenient being at the airport. Also very helpful having toiletries and towels provided so we could have a shower without unpacking our bags to get to stuff. Friendly staff and wifi provided was a bonus.

I booked here twice because of the convenience. They have all the basic amenities for a good night sleep and hot shower. You can also ask for a wake up call from the staff. Towels and toiletries are provided too. If you’re hungry and too lazy to go out, there are restaurants and cafes upstairs at the departure area. At the arrival area outside you can get Telkomsel sim card for a good deal. If you have enough time to venture into the city, you can just hire a Gojek. They’re convenient and cheap and the app is easy to use. Just walk straight out of the airport, cross the road, turn left then right to the motorbike parking area and straight where the designated pick up area is. About 10 mins walk.

Very clean capsule and bathrooms. Comfortable bed and good sized storage locker with A/C. Our flight landed at 11pm so was the perfect place to crash before moving on to our hotel in Uluwatu the next morning.

Capsules couldn’t get colder (I like it super cold) but the ventilation was good so no complaints.
The shower room and freedom to wonder the airport and come back to my capsule room. Welcoming staff too

The staff were really welcoming. I thought the place would feel rather impersonal but that certainly wasn't the case. The facilities were great and spotlessly clean and the location was excellent.

Could be a good idea for staff to remind new guests as they check in to be quiet inside, got woken up a few times to people talking and laughing loudly as they arrived.
Great for arriving late night and don’t want to travel out. Staff were so friendly and pods were very clean and spacious.

I loved the location and the convenience. Having a late flight into Bali, the hotel was a great option for a sleep before going into Bali and starting to explore.
