Everything was perfect in this hotel, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was big and very clean, pool and bar area were always clean and the breakfasts were really good.

Amazing place, staff were great, breakfast was great, rooms great, beach across the road...a real 5* experience..so glad i booked. Construction going on but thats probably why it was as cheap as it was, didnt bother me as no work takes place at night, book it dont think twice.

The blanket sheet was dirty on arrival but we left a note to request a change and was changed the next day. Bike rental is a bit more expensive from the hotel than other bike rentals. I would strongly recommend using fragrance when washing the towels. They warned us there is construction just opposite the rooms and the workers can see inside the rooms if the curtains are not pulled, which can create some discomfort. Some noises but didn't really disturb us.

We were a bit early but they had our room ready. We were greeted with mango juice, a cold room and a beautiful swan decoration on the bed for our anniversary. The cookies in the room are a great touch and we enjoyed these treats every day. A truly lovely room with a private balcony and sunbeds with a view of the fancy pool. Modern furniture and design throughout. My partner liked the mattress and slept really well. Cool restaurants and bars nearby. I really enjoyed breakfast, generous portions and a variety of options. I liked the French Toast with caramelised banana and joghurt. I could have spent the whole 2 weeks here.

The mattress was hard, and the breakfast menu is a la cart, which does not give many options to choose. The hummus sauce was really bad, and the food in general is average. Also the room does not have smart Tv.

The best and most post polite staff ever,,the room was amazing and very clean,the restaurant was ok and the swimming pools the clearest in hole island,the only negative that the beach in front of the hotel is not very clean and its the worst point in island to swim

If I had to be picky I wish there had been fans in the restaurant area. On two evenings we went up to eat and we had to leave as there was no breeze and it was just too hot. If there had been fans we would have stayed for drinks afterwards.

The hotel is fantastic, everything about it was great from the facilities, staff and location. We had a wonderful time and I wish we had stayed much longer than 3 nights.

The curtains were to thin, a lot of light in the room.

We loved our stay at the Pearl Sunset Resort. The service and the staff are great. It was a super relaxing environment where you walk in 1 minute from your room to the pool or the beach. The construction did not bother us. It was a 10-15 minute bikeride to the busy port area but that was perfect for us - it was much more quite then on the other side. Still enough restaurants close by.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The hotel was amazing, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was really nice and we had a private balcony with the view of the pool. We used both pools (inside of the hotel and in front of it), we really liked the pool bar where we had fresh drinks and delicious meals. The breakfast was also great with many options. We tried the massage service as well and we really liked it. In front of the hotel, we could watch the most beautiful sunsets in Gili.

Excellent service from all staff. Quiet, peaceful room (building work did not affect our stay in the slightest). Delicious breakfast choice. Cookie turndown - lovely treat. After previously staying on Gili T around the other side of the island. We prefer the calm location, 2 pools and beautiful views of Pearl Sunset!

This place was AMAZING. A lovely fresh breakfast each morning. We ordered a dish each. You can order one to share if you just ask but super attentive staff. Also did the massages together, again really good price and excellent service. This is at the quieter side of island, but the nicer side in my opinion. Close to beach bars, where most gather for sunset and better food choices. We walked from the port as had just bag packs but on return they did organise a horse and cart for us to Ekajaya ferry (the best boat service also) Great few days to enjoy the island, snorkel and clean amenities.

There was some construction going on, a little noisy sometimes but not that noticeable. We swapped rooms so we didn’t have to see it.
