Loved everything!

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! Gary went out of his way to help us organize excursions and transportation. He promptly replied to all our messages before we arrived, made sure there was a driver to greet us at the port and welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the infinity pool was stunning and our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

The only thing we would have loved was a beverage other than beer. But not a big deal.

Loved the intimacy of this little place. There were only around 8 or so bungalows. So cute, colorful and clean, and the staff was so kind and made everything easy and delightful. The pool is amazing, as was the food.

We stayed in Indonesia for two weeks. This place had the best restaurant. We never had to leave to seek food. They also arranged a daily driver who was very friendly and knew the island.

The only thing is that it’s located inside of jungle so if you want to access places you’ll either need a taxi or scooter but the hotel can easily arrange it for you at good price. This wasn’t an issue for us.

This is a lovely property with stunning views of the sunset from their pool. The staff here was really welcoming especially Dewa. Even though it’s located in the middle of the jungle the staff made sure that the place was super clean and we had zero issues with bugs! The room had all the amenities and the food here was good too.

The property is great. The swimming pool is closing. You can have a good sunset view overlook the bay under the mountain. You can definitely enjoy the tranquil of this sunset ocean view bungalows. The breakfast was also good. The staff was very helpful. Mad daughter vomitted at midnight and I asked the staff to help me to change the sheet and they are very responsive. Moreover, They cut a coconut for my daughter and told us coconut and mitigate her symtpom. They also helped us to book great taxi drivers And we take one photo on the island. So I think everything is great. They also recommended a wonderful restaurant called amok, Which is located at a Very quiet cliff andcan oversee the ocean and has a great sunset view.

If you're not riding a scooter the location might be a bit isolated, however it's a 15 minute walk to the beach and there are some options to eat nearby too.

I totally recommend this place to stay at Nusa Penida. Staff is amazing, we could arrange a floating breakfast which was incredible. Breakfast is abundant and has lots of options. Room is big, beds were just fantastic. We stayed for my partner's birthday and the staff did a cute cake which was also incredible. The menu at the hotel is reasonably priced with many options and they also have day tours that include east side, west side and snorkeling. There are animals on the spot (we saw monkeys, spiders, etc) which is reasonable for being in the middle of an island, but the room is equipped with mosquito nets and mosquito killers.

More alcoholic drink options than just Bintangs

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We rented scooters from the accommodation and they allowed us to have the free breakfast for lunch to fit around our schedule. The pool area was very relaxing with a good view. They provided some great recommendations, Amok Sunset Restaurant is a MUST!

The food could be improved a bit, at least the tuna and chicken steak that we ordered were very tough.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view on the sunset is absolutely gorgeous, one of the best views of our entire holiday. The bungalows were spacious and clean, every piece of furniture manufactured from local wood. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained! You can rent scooters to get around the island.

For the ones who say it’s noisy and hear crawls on the walls: I want to remind you that you are on a tropical island, in the middle of a tropical forest. Geckos are all over Bali/ Nusas/ Gillis! They are part of the heritage. If you cannot handle a gecko or some insects, better stay home :))

We really liked the hotel with its surroundings! It has a great swimming pool, a beautiful garden, a nice restaurant and very welcoming staff! You can get scooters right from the property and the manager will give you good advice on how to play your days on the island. We extended our stay because we felt great! Bed was comfortable and AC silent, which is a very important thing for us. Breakfast is amazing as well!♥️

The most exceptional view from the pool. Fantastic location on Nusa Penida. Easy to access the port for snorkelling and other sights such as Kelking and Gammat Bay. Gerry was amazing. He helped me organise trips and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The food was delicious (smoothie bowl, banana pancake and the coffee!) I will definitely be back!

The only negative part was that the doors of the bungalow weren't touching the floor, so the insects could come inside very easily. But not huge problem.

Lovely stay. Starting from the staff, they were super available and kind. Incredible breakfast, with different choices and good quality. On-site there is also a restaurant in which you can have dinner (super good food) The rooms confortable and clean. Beautiful and relaxing setting. It was lovely sitting by the pool overlooking crystal bay at sunset. The staff were all so friendly and helpful with efficiently arranging transport and activity bookings. Very convenient to have a restaurant at the accommodation, and a great breakfast included. It's a steep 15-20 min walk down to Crystal bay beach but you will need a taxi/scooter to get back up. There are a couple of other great restaurants within 10 min walk as well.

The road to get to the property from the main road is a little rough if you’re on a scooter but they were literally laying concrete when we were there so I’m sure very soon the road will be properly paved!

Beautiful property, stunning views from the pool, the grounds have tropical plants everywhere and everything is well maintained. Our bed was so comfy and the pillows and sheets were all great. Breakfast was good too. All the staff were SO friendly and helpful. Gerry especially went out of his way to help us plan our itinerary, rent a scooter, and even gave recommendations for a more hidden beach that wouldn’t be as busy. Everyone was so accommodating and the whole place was a really chill vibe.

The grounds, rooms, pool, food are beautiful and what makes it even better is the people who run it and their service. They look after you so well! They are generous and kind, they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. It is a tranquil vibe and setting and the food is delicious I had a smoothie bowl, pancake, noodles, spring rolls, fries, during my stay - they do pizza and other Asian food and egg breakfasts too. The infinity pool has a perfect view of the sunset and even though fully booked it was only 2 or 3 of us out watching it so no issue getting a lounger. This location is also close to Crystal Bay which is the best easiest beach to chill out at after touring. In Nusa Penida it's worth staying minimum 2 nights if not 3 so you can do a day of touring wearing trainers and then rest at the hotel and perhaps go to Crystal Bay Beach or some of the small beach clubs and shops on other day(s). Overall beuatiful experience at this hotel, highly recommend and I will definitely come back to stay here!
