Needed vegan options at the restaurant.. Rooms were in need of maintenance but not a big problem

Mosquitos but they are everywhere, nothing to do with this hotel:). Nothing else, everything was really pleasant.

The staff was so nice and helpful. My kid enjoyed the pool a lot. Very good location if you appreciate quiet but close to everything. Monkey Forest is very close, 10 min walk max.

Welcoming staff. Very clean and spacious room with terrace. 2 beautiful infinity pools set in stunning grounds. Easy walking distance to shops, lots of restaurants and The Sacred Monkey Forest. Lovely breakfast. Would definately recommend, great value for money.

Very very noisy construction right next to our room. The rooms our outdated, toolet fluch didnt work, my husband had to fix every time after use. Restaurant is on the expensive side comoared to the quality.

Its in a great location, and the views and pool area is absolutely beautiful. Staff is very nice and kind.

We had some issues with the shower leaking water so our bathroom was a struggle to keep dry.

Easy walk to main areas of Ubud (Monkey Forest, Art Markets etc) Morning breakfast was a bit repetitive with limited options, but staff were attentive and kind throughout the entire stay.

A lot of steep poorly lit steps to villas, a lot of lights on steps were not working and was quite dodgy to walk down at night my partner twisted his ankle doing so with the luggage. Shower needs updating badly and roof needs repair.

The restaurant could be pimped up a bit but didn’t really bother us as we ate out. The villa had no water couple of times but came back on.

The infinity pool felt like being in the jungle which was special. It was located on a quiet side street but still close to all the hustle and bustle. Staff were great.

The shower….needs to be redone. Take away the glass screens (less mould) and the shower head was so close to the wall I could hardly use the shower.

The staff is very friendly, but we had to ask a lot of questions before we got service provided. And the room we initially got offered was nothing like the description on Booking.com. Did get another room that was very good.

The rooms are big and clean. There are two infinity pools which were both clean. Views were amazing.

the bedside lamps didn't work and were NOT fixed although we stayed 4 nights. The "public" toiletseat at the reception was cracked and it was not replaced, the manager lied about replacing it !!!

it was a large room, the ventilation in the bathroom with toilet was very good (smells from toilet disappeared rapidly)

Friendly staff, nice pool, well located, super calm and peaceful, and we didn’t try much the food, but the bowls and juices we tried were very good.
