Warm pool for kids was only at the hotel, kids pool at the villa was super cold and didn't look clean. There was a brochure for spa but there was no brochure on resort activities eg archery, atv, etc. We have to find out ourselves. Please consider brochures of resort activities at the villa and please consider warm pool for kids at the villa. Especially to avoid too much crowd at the hotel's kids pool during pandemic

Stunning view and lovely green pine forest. We also love the garden villa setting. Three bedroom villa was spacious and clean. Warm pool for kids at the hotel, petting zoo, playground and children games perfect for toddlers on holidays. Free shuttle from villa to hotel. Though comes as additional and not included in villa package, we thought breakfast at the hotel was great and abundant. Overall good resort experience for family with young children.

The hotel maps provided is not very clear, not informative and not very communicative, there is no clear information about renting a bicycle and other activities. No stove at the villa, the cutleries is also not enough to accomodate more than 3 guests, some of the paint on wall are wrecked, all of them should be repainted soon. Also some parts of the floor are wrecked too. Food is really pricey and too expensive! Access from the villa to the lobby is very far and too difficult by foot.

The view is breathtaking! Food was excellent! The villa is very spacious, with beautiful garden with complete amenities, swimming pool is also excellent! The lobby is also offering beautiful view! Excellent!

Maybe because it’s holiday season so they need more time to clean up the villa. Not sure what is the check in time, 2pm or 3pm. But I was finally receive the key after 3pm and was informed to wait about 15 minutes to enter the villa since the 2nd floor was not sanitized.

I booked 3 bedrooms villa and the room looks exactly the same as the pictures in their social media. They provide utensils in the kitchen so we can easily cooked something in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and the staffs were friendly.

Signal. poor signal during my stay, and the wifi sometimes lost the connection too. so it is a struggle to work there in case you need to work during staycation.

Stayed in the Villa, and the facility was good. has its own kids pool and adult pool. inside the villa, start from water dispenser (include water galon), microwave and electric stove is available to use.

The door is not facing the parking area. So it's a bit difficult for moving our stuff. The cooking utensils are minimal. TV channels could have more option.

We stayed at 3 bedroom villa with the ability to cook. The interior is beautiful, the weather is cool. The facilities are great and the scenery is breathtaking.

The small ref was locked and we were not able to use it. We asked for it to be opened but no one came to attend to our request. There is no convenient store nearby. I did not like the drinking water offered in glass bottles because they were not on sealed containers and we are unsure if they were safe for drinking.

The rooms looked quite rundown, the shower glass had no maintenance, I really think they need to do some more attention to room upgrades and maintenance on this beautiful property.

We love the scenery, the location and the pine forest of this hotel. It's also a delight to have so many kids activities in the hotel, from swimming pool, playground, small soccer field, foosball table, etc. They also have a small animals and horse riding that you can visit with a fee.

Check in procedure should be more improve , pool procedures must strightly apply and children voices should been manage. I guess may be high occupancies. Guest must manage the time to get exclusive atmosphire.

The location @ forest, fresh and cold. Hotel clean and support by many natural activities. Under estimate about breakfast, it was one of my breakfast experience, quite expensive but worth. Many2 Various of Indonesia choices food, serve coffee professional and got sushi noodle etc. Pool little bit crowded at once time but they offer onather pool @ the villas, great. Forest experience must try, by walking in morning or evening. All room with balcon and great slide door tray, bed are very comfort, not expected has good refferigator and aircon for hotel in puncak.
