Only minus are the door and window seals; you can hear the outside clearly (could be nice if you like to fall asleep to waves crashing and dogs barking every now and then; it didn’t bother us too much as it was somehow relaxing)

Solid rooms, everything feels high quality and well established. Small but very nice spa area and gym.

The best bed experience ever!!!! Such a beautiful room. We were shocked, especially coming from other hotels in the area. This one so far was the best. Cant wait to be back there again. Very welcoming staff, super friendly and truly this was the best experience in our 1 month stay in bali. Hotel is in the european standard in terms of the interior.

Air Conditioning can be improved. Plus the balcony doors seem to be dated and broken so it was an effptt to open and close this.

As they were new, no liquor licence as yet = no cocktails.The rooftop bar view is amazing but the dj's music was so loud you couldn't have a meal or conversation,they need to decide if it's a nightclub or a bar & adjust the volume down a little to improve the atmosphere & vibe,especially since most of the clientele seemed to be middle aged couples & families.But that's more of a suggestion than a complaint.

The hotel was brand new,spotlessly clean & staff very freindly.The pools & Gym are spotless & modern.Buffet breakfast is amazing,with great quality food & variety.Location is right on the beach front & seafood restaurants are on your doorstep.Its a very quiet & chilled street in the daytime & the beach front is also quiet & relaxed,great for morning swim/walk.

It was all ok. There was a little bit of traffic noise early in the night because my room was looking right onto the beach. But no problem.

The hotel is beautifully appointed. It's brand new with a fresh, vibrant feel. The location is lovely just across the street to Jimbaran beach and great sunset restaurants. A great breakfast, spoilt for choice. All great.

unfortunately some of the facilities was under renovation. e.g. Kids Palace. the gym close a little bit too early in my opinion. the keycard issue needs to be handled.

The nearby beach was extremely dirty so unusable. The neighborhood is not attractive either. Loud to stay in the rooms that have the balcony/windows to the inner yard - loud noises from the outer part of the air conditioning units.

I personally didnt like the location of the hotel. Also there were no sunbeds by the pool. And also, noone warned us that the gym is currently not working.

Rooms with balcony facing the beach may get smoke smell from the BBQ restaurant across the street at night. Closing the doors and curtains tightly when night falls helps block the smell. Water pressure is low in the shower.

From check in all the way through my 6-night stay at the Platinum, the staff went above and beyond call of duty to ensure me and my family had a great stay. Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning so they moved us to another room right away. When a full-beach-view room became available, they moved us there. The room had the best ocean view! The bed was supremely comfortable and the room was huge. Indah at reception was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The beach was literally a few steps away from the hotel, with seafood restaurants and a nice cafe just across the street for a cold latte. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and had a lot of variety. The hotel was close to the airport too, and within reach of a lot of food places for delivery. I'll be back.

No cocktails to have in the bar. We had one meal in the restaurants and really wouldn’t have rated it highly. Perhaps because it was quiet difficult to judge how many people would eat there.

Good breakfast, plenty of choice, great to have flat white coffee. Beds & pillows very comfortable, rooms light & airy. Fabulous to have rooms 516 & 518 straight out onto the pool. Not too noisy to say dogs & restaurants across the road.

The internet connection in the room was spotty . In room entertainment could improve a bit . Netflix streaming could be made available in English as well

Absolutely warm and courteous from desk staff. Very close to the airport . Fantastic breakfast spread with a goof mix of regional dishes . The breakfast opens at 6:30 , really helps if you want to head to the airport after your breakfast . The Spa was really worth it, my wife loved it .

The hotel is brand new and still in soft opening so the price was really acceptable. The included breakfast was amazing as well as the room and the lobby and overall hotel experience. Rooftop and private beach is still not open but will look great in the future. There are still some construction work in progress but nothing disturbing. The hotel is spotless clean.

The hotel was new but didn’t feel clean. When we first entered it smelled like we were the first people there since construction. Saw a cockroach in our room and the elevator didn’t work properly.

The room was a good size even though it didn’t look exactly like the rendering. The bathroom felt luxurious. The service can be slow but everyone was kind and helpful.
