It's a place for a 1 night stay as there isn't much to chill around in the property. That being said, it's extremely comfortable and convenient.

Extremely close to the Denpasar Airport, this place can be a perfect base camp for a shopping excursion in Kuta. We reached here at our last day of the Bali Trip and found it very convenient to explore the local market and nightlife of Kuta along with ~ 2 Km distance to the Airport.

Unfortunately, there was very loud noise along the front road, motorbikes racing all night long. This kept us up at night. There was also maintenance going on during the day, so it was noisy.

It was a beautiful place, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The owner waited until middnoght for us as the airport was very busy, this was very appreciated. Our beds were very hard.

Nothing much really, but if I have to mention one thing is that the door was a bit of a handful to lock. Required a little gymnastics.

Everything about my stay was awesome! Special shout-out to the staff who were always around any time of the day and also super friendly. Excellent service.

AC’s are not cool enough but thank you their fixed it. The curtains in bathroom was dirty, water just provided by bottles instead of gallon so yeah if people come with family, we need to buy water.

The shower room wasn’t good enough. After shower we couldn’t use the toilet as it was all wet. It must’ve a shower curtain.

The villa was very nice. It was like home with its living area and the kitchen. My baby enjoyed herself in the pool. The villa was nice and quiet and the location was the best. We could walk around and to the beach.

Excellent value for money. The bed was so comfortable and I loved that i could step out from my room into the pool. Even has a little kitchenette. Just a short drive from the airport too

I don't know if it's a permanent issue or it only happened when we were staying here, but there might have been a sewage problem, we could feel in the bathroom an unpleasant drain smell that the owner made efforts to cover with some deodorant pills.

We have booked this place sort of last minute, deciding that it would be wiser to spend our last night before our morning flight closer to the airport. This is not a fancy hotel, but a decent place with basic and clean rooms where we had a good night sleep before our flight home. As we arrived late in the evening and check-out early in the morning, I really can't make an objective review of the place, but it has left us a good overall impression.

Noisy from the road and half a dozen barking dogs next door. Plumbing needs updating. Quite off the beaten track.

Nice little villa wish I was there longer to try the pool. Good WiFi.

This is a lovely little villa with a shared pool between 4 other villas. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The location was 10 minutes from the airport and shopping mall! The communication with the host was great and efficient. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with it being such a bargain!

Felt like we were deceived by pictures - this place was run-down and did not feel comfortable or safe. Showers barely worked, bidet was completely covered by some strange gunk, there was rust and mold on the one shower curtain in one bathroom, doors were hard to close/open, and the only thing that was passably clean was the bed. Found gum on a wall, construction debris, and weird gunk in kitchen sink. We had a cockroach chase us out of the kitchen and one of the two bedrooms overlooked a weird room that was kind of outside and was very creepy and run-down as well. Pool looked okay but was a little under-kept and had what looked like rust on the floor. Neighbors in a one-bedroom also complained about issues with inadequate light in their bathroom as well as a horrendous smell coming up when showering. The “front desk” was a bell at the door of the owner’s house that was NOT 24 hours. Our neighbors also complained they did not receive items that were promised and struggled getting him to come out to the bell. I do not understand how this was a three-star accommodation - was worse than a motel.

The location was okay and the pool seemed fine but we didn’t use it. Hot water in what passed as a shower.

Toilets/ showers need upgrade, wifi patchy, there should be a welcome pack with tea coffee sugar etc atleast, there's a whiff of strange smell at times

Positives - really great staff, location, and privacy. If you get a good deal, go for it. Its close to everything. Pool is good. Comfy bed.

It’s just not a villa. The pictures are misleading. You think based on the images and advert, that you are getting a 1 bed villa with a pool. But really you’re getting a large room with small kitchen and and shared pool. We were disappointed about this

The owner is lovely, extremely helpful and a great host. The bed was comfy, it was a clean place.
