the cottages are very simplistic, hardly any sockets, wholes in the “wall” a water heather but no cups, no coffee/tea nothing…and than the price, I paid nearly€40 for 1 night in place that’s even hard to call a campsite. on top of that during the day and evening there are a LOT of flies.

the main house looks ok, but I didn’t stay there. he bed in the cabin was ok.

the house is badly maintained. very dusty. rusty or mouldy or damaged / broken equipment and furnitures. bathroom roof leaks when it rains.

the location, the large space, the fire pit and garden, big bedrooms, the housekeeper’s cooking (awesome satays)

Shower very poor water volume. Shower head needs replacement and temperature mixer needs attention. Lots of odd bits and pieces in the kitchen but not enough of what we needed, eg there was a set of plastic lids but no containers to go with them. No cutlery drawer. No Coffee cups/mugs. Only two wine glasses. No teaspoons. Rusted and broken dish drainer. One bed downstairs was comfy, the other had a sagging mattress so bodies rolled to the middle. Cupboard in one bedroom unavailable as stocked with house supplies. No flat surfaces in bedrooms..bedside table quickly got full. No hangers or hanging rails or hooks for clothing. Power outlets inconveniently located. Lounge comfortable, but the house big and cold at times so we would have enjoyed some blankets to rug up in. The road leading to the house had dangerously broken tarmac at the junction with the main road. The drop off was almost 30cm and damaged the car we were travelling in. Further, the driveway into the property was also badly maintained , rutted and pot holed. Prior warning about this would have assisted our driver. Our transport on our departure day was not able to make it off the main road and would not have managed that driveway. There was only a six seater dining table and six chairs. Awkward when we had visitors. We had to move the day bed over to the end of the table to provide sufficient seating. The flies were insane but unavoidable in a farming community…some fly spray and personal insect repellent would have been appreciated.

Beautiful design. Heaps of space. Location wonderful. View spectacular. Very responsive staff at Nomad Rentals and a fantastic House keeper/ cook. One of the toilets was badly blocked but fixed within hours of our call for help, which was great.

Windy house. No soap.

We had Just 1 night on this place, 1 day was enough for viewing area. There was clean, comfortable beds, hot water, 2 necesassary blankets for each person. Friendly dogs and many nature sounds inclusive, we like it. Also you may order the food.

Despite not being on the main road, it was still noisy with motorbike sounds and dogs barking. There are many insects everywhere especially on the bed

Nice big place that can fit many people. Location is ok, it has a nice view of the lake but it's a bit far from any restaurants. If you don't have your own transport, you can order meals with kadek the housekeeper which was delicious

Bungalows are surrounded by farms, so you should wake up early in the morning, because farmers start doing their job, no matter which day. Everything are micro: chairs, beds, etc)

Landscaping definitely need work, dead grass and plants spoiling the view. Cleanliness can be upgraded. Kitchen utensils old and rusty. Neighbor was burning something when we arrived, the smoke was too much. I appreciate that this is a traditional house but that means that smoke is also at every corner for hours. Once that settled the dog barks kicked in. Around 6 different dogs were barking loudly and continuously in the afternoon, evening, and again at around 3am. The place has potential to be pet friendly since neighboring dog and cat are free roaming here already.

The housekeeper is nice, I suggest order food way before - she will need to go shopping first, took us 4 hours but that’s fine. Sofas area is spacious. Dining at balcony is nice. Kitchen is complete and good for self cook. There are 2 bathrooms working well. Furniture and interior are nice. I can sense owner really paid attention to building materials. With current condition, this place can target a group of backpackers or family budget stay.
