The apartment is not very clean. The bathroom is rundown. At the time of the booking the Resort offered airport service, we would take the deal, but afterwards nobody comfirmed our airport service reservation and there was no car waiting for is at the airport. Also they forgot to mention that there is a construction on the property, right next to our apartment. We woke up after 6am because the works beggined.

The location of the Resort is really good, it is actually a few meters away the beach. In the street there are a lot of restaurants and groceries. The Resort has a beautiful rooftop pool and bar. The stuff is nice and helpful. They even offer motorbikes for rent.

the pillows were too high and firm for people who like a soft pillow but I still had a good nights sleep and didn't have a sore neck in the morning :)

Good location right next to the beach and being able to go to the day pool/bar upstairs. The room was a good sized and the bathroom. Both room and bathroom clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful! :)

It’s your average cheap beachside hotel. I’m surprised the reviews are so bad because I thought it was charming. I think a lot of people who choose to stay at cheaper accommodation just expect too much. The staff is really friendly, the room was clean, it’s RIGHT next to the beach with beautiful sunsets. Definitely not the Ritz but was as expected! Great place to stay in my opinion and in a great area of Canggu! If you want nicer amenities, stay at a more expensive hotel!

But ... if you're looking for a quiet place to stay don't come. The music from the rooftop bar is really loud, it's such a shame cause the place would have been almost perfect without it. Every night expect loud music, sometimes the walls of the room where shaking because of it, and it's the same if you close your windows. Also the bathroom wasn't really clean.

The vue is amazing and Perenan is a perfect place to stay, not too crowded with lots of cute restaurants and cafés around. The staff is lovely, and the rooftop is amazing.

It’s older and reflects this, bathroom is smelly etc. we stayed for 3 days, hung out at the beach bars, swam in the sea, accessed Canggu easily when we wanted without dealing with too much traffic.

The best thing about staying here is the location- right next to the beach, and the price is good. Staff are lovely. It’s older and tired, but it is what it is, stay for the good bits!

The pillows were super high for my preference, but the staff were so accommodating and replaced them with flatter pillows. The beach club music is loud until around 9:30pm, but I don't sleep early so it was really no problem.

There are some things that were bothering me. The entrance to the room is pretty narrow and is completely separate from the resort entry. Also, the view from the king's room was not really ocean view. It would have been better if the other rooms were booked.

The room was awesome. The facilities and hospitality of the staff was great. There was a jacuzzi in the room. The hotel is right on the beach, so you can have a stroll whenever you want. The restaurant SOL rooftop vibe was pretty great.

The rooms we’re comfortable but could do with a little refreshing.

The location was outstanding. As surfers, you couldn’t get any closer to the surfing with outstanding views of the beach. Was located away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu but close enough to the action and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were a highlight. Always friendly, very helpful and accommodating.

The building is very run down and the interior finishes were rusted, the tap was corroded, sink was grungy. It didn’t feel very clean. The shower also didn’t work properly at times and without hot water.

Based on the ad, I didn't realise the new rooftop bar/pool was a separate establishment and not part of the hotel facilities. The new refurbishment is absolutely stunning and a gorgeous space but I didn't realise it was a separate commercial business so I felt like I had to spend money there to relax by the pool (still reasonably priced though and high quality). I also would have preferred to know in advance that a DJ would be playing (as a special Saturday night event), as I could easily hear it in my room, but thankfully he didn't play late into the evening. I had picked the place because based on the ad I thought it would be a quiet space by the beach away from the busyness of Canggu, so my expectations were just not in sync that's all. It's a gorgeous spot and having said all that, it's still quite a chill vibe and I'd highly recommend it!

Safe, clean, right next to the beach and close to cafes. Air con great. Rooms were as per the photos. The gorgeous new (separately owned) roof top bar/pool has stunning views of the beach, delicious and reasonably priced food and drinks and amazing service. I appreciated the 10% discount as a guest.

Rooms need a bit of a facelift and bathroom could do with a serious scrub, shower glass has not been cleaned which looks like for a while. Cleaning of the rooms is not the greatest.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Can rent scooter and surf board at facility. Great views from the restaurant on top. Location is gret, amazing restaurants close by
