The openness of the villa, true bali vibes. It was a pleasure staying at pradha villas. The proximity to the beach and good beach clubs along with Motel Mexicola right next door, this villa is definitely on my most recommended list!

I certainly wouldn't eat in regularly. But there are plenty of options nearby. Ku De Ta nearby is a great restaurant although the inane boom boom boom of the disco music is a distraction and detraction. But I am not here to critique KDT....

24/7 front desk made checking in and out very easy. Room was great bathroom very spacious and plumbing good quality. Pool was excellent although the spa swirl button did not work.

It was all good but hard to get enough towels/face washers etc and cloths for kitchen to wipe up spills. Building site next door overlooking our villa, so a bit noisy. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Clean. Staff helpful.

Great food and breakfasts, a lovely peaceful nook away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Great walks through the residential lanes to neighbouring towns.

Perfect location, so easy to walk to all the great main eating/shopping spots in Seminyak. Staff were so friendly and helpful with all enquiries. The noise from neighbouring restaurant is not an issue. Villa exceeded the photos online. Will definitely stay again.

As the bathrooms were open planned they were very hot and the bathrooms seemed to require a refurbish. The showers had not hot water only warm however that wasn’t a big issue. When it rains lots of dirt and debris comes into villa due to the open plan.

There is a club near by and can hear live music. We stayed in villa 9 which was furthest away so couldn’t really hear it, but the other lower number villas would have been impacted. There a a few mozzies around so bring spray.

Location was amazing and within walking distance to Seminyak mall, the beach, Mrs Sippy, Ku De Ta and the open air markets. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it. Bathrooms were amazing, loved the open air showers. Pool was amazing! Loved it!

We’re past the primary school years, so the 2nd bedroom being so separate weren’t an issue.

Good location - you can walk easily to the beach, Seminyak Square and to some good food locations. The staff are friendly and the Villa was clean and well presented. We were in our own private family oasis. 😀

We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom villa . The location was great , walking distance to the beach and to Seminyak square. The room was also good and staff very helpful. Lots of restaurants and bars and shopping next to it. Value for money

Stayed at the Pradha Villas Seminyak for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom villa, with my husband and 2 children. We were extremely happy with our stay. The photos online are just as it is, when you arrive. We loved the layout of the villa and the separate quarters for the bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The villa is extremely spacious. Communication with staff once we booked was great. They answered the queries I had and organised pickup and drop off from another hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us organise a chef to come into our villa one night and cook which was lovely. The Pradha Villas is in a great location. Only a short 5 min walk to get to the beach and a 2 minute walk and you are at Motel Mexicola. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance, so you don’t really need to use transport once here. The most we walked for dinner would have been 15 minutes. If you are traveling with a loved one and wanting to have a romantic dinner, you need to go to Merah Puttih. The breakfast was great. There are a few options to select from, so everyone in my family was happy with something on the menu. You selected your breakfast for the following morning the day before and selected the time you wanted it delivered. The staff delivered and set the table for you to eat your breakfast. There was always enough food, so you were left feeling full. There is a water station in the kitchen, so you always had filtered water. The pool was a great size also. Felt like the kids and I lived in the pool. We got an amazing amount of sun in our villa also. We had villa 8 and would book this one again if we came back. There is mention from a few previous reviews that there is a restaurant with loud music till late at night. Our villa wasn’t impacted by the noise. There was one night that we could hear music, but we enjoyed listening to it. I guess if your villa was closer then it possibly might be annoying.

A little difficult to find the first time you arrive even for the local taxi drivers.

Very clean and and the staff made you very welcome. It is also safe, quiet and close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Water pressure in shower not great. Property is located behind a bar/ restaurant that has love music till late.

Clean, comfortable and very private Great living area and amazing pool. Fantastic location to Seminyak and all the best restaurants and spas and a short walk to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully presented villas perfect for our family with 2 small children. Location was excellent and walking distance to many bars/restaurants/shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and brought to our villa. They arranged a pool fence so we could relax and even brought so pool toys for the kids. Could not recommend enough.

The roads are narrow around the villa. It's traffic jam every day.

The private pool is clear. The location is good. We ordered breakfast in previous day. There were many choices of the breakfast. The staff delivered breakfast on time every day. The last day we left at 6.30 and could not eat breakfast in the villa. The staff helped to pack our breakfast and let us take away. Good service! Nice staff!

If I was to be very critical, I think the villas could do with a small overhaul. The paint on the windows could do with a repaint. But that didi nothing to spoil our great stay.

Great pool, great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about Pradha Villa was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
