Old hotel and quiet spooky in some area. Cafe area was full of smoke from the people smoking in the cafe. Room need more carefull inspection for cleanliness before front desk give the key to the guest, i found some plastic from bottled drink in the drawer when i entered the room for the 1st time. The room is old, the air conditioner in the room is very old and very cold, TV is also old and not provide much channels. Internet was very slow, the speed was 4-5 mbps. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, some food served cold (should served warm), there's no cutlery on the table, you need to pick up the cutlery at the food stall.

The hotel located near the asia africa and braga street, i can reach the areas for 3-5 minutes by foot. It is good to have mini mart Indomaret in the hotel, although the items are a bit pricey but still ok. Staff was excellence, two thumbs up, keep up the good work.

The lift did not work and the alternative stairway & lift with some obstruction and dirty. The room are old and the bathroom door dis not propwely closed. Towel and bed linen need to be replaced.

The hotel is so old that they don't provide a power strip beside the bed. The cleanliness is very poor for a 5-star hotel. definitely need a restoration, especially in the bathroom. Don't bother to go swimming, because it's always full of children or booked for party events. And it's closed so early.

the staffs are super friendly—especially the bellboy & concierge. They were always ready to help 24 hours. The hotel still holding on to the old standard, so you can smoke in the room like everybody else does. If you're not a smoker, try to ask to be moved to the 'non-smoker' floor. The breakfast is superb.

The room is not very clean, and quite ran down. We had issues both with the cards to the room and the wifi (getting signed out all the time). The food at the restaurant takes very long, is nothing special and over-priced.

Ideal location, Braga city walk just around the corner. The hotel is a historical landmark of the city and the lobby is magnificent. The staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable and breakfast is good.
