Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur room (502) seemed damp - our bedding was “wet” when we arrived and l noticed shirts hanging in cupboard were damp when l went to pack to leave. We very much enjoyed our stay but think the dampness needs addressing 🤔

New ZealandHard to get a beach lounger unless you got up VERY early! Beach could do with being swept after every tide, a lot of plastic but it is improving in Sanur.
Great breakfast, excellent business lounge for working with fast wifi, pool was large and good temperature.

AustraliaThe chlorine levels were extremely high. We all developed rashes. We have swum in many pools previously so we’re surprised at this. The use of so much plastic in regards to water bottles and single use toiletries was not very good in this day and age. A big hotel like this should surely have their own filtration system and provide refillable jugs in the room to fill our own bottles. We were also denied our request to fill our water bottles by your staff and instructed we needed to purchase the water - we were trying to avoid using so much plastic. Fans in the rooms could help the air circulate better particularly when air conditioning isn’t required.
We liked how close it was to the beach. The different pools. The temple and beautiful gardens. The live music. The food.

AustraliaI felt more drinking water could have been supplied. This could have been accomplished by having a water refilling station. The chairs around the main pool needed some monitoring- some guests left towels on chairs all day. There also needed more pool chairs.
I loved the location. It was quiet with easy access to the beach. Our room had a sea view which was an added bonus. The breakfast was wonderful.

New ZealandOlder hotel, rooms are tired. Shower didn’t work properly and although rooms are serviced they aren’t cleaned. I don’t like how guests reserve pool chairs by putting their towels on them. They were clearly not swimming because the pool only had a few people in it! In our 4 days of staying there we were never able to swim and relax by the pool. Perhaps the hotel needs to have some sort of policy in place because they are clearly reserving chairs first thing in the morning!
Big resort, good food, right on the beach. Good breakfast buffet. The pizzas made on-site are delicious. Staff are friendly.

AustraliaThere is nothing that we 'don't like' about staying at Prama. Some reviews have mentioned the 'noise' from the entertainment at night. We have never found the music excessive and once in our room can't hear it anyway.
We love staying at Prama. The facilities and closeness to the beach is fantastic. Being able to walk along the paths/beachfront is awesome.

AustraliaToilets near kids pool was not great, especially as they were the closest ones to the Bamboo Lounge. Sometimes kids in the main pool were very loud and yelling at each other, and did not look like they were being supervised. Would nice to have extra toilet paper in rooms
Love the location, beach was clean; breakfast was always really nice, yummy food; pool service was great and the pool was always clean; grounds were always clean; toilets near kids pool not so well kept; all the restaurants were lovely.
