the place was a bit tired also the first two rooms we were in were too noisy from the airconditioning units outside our room but the reviews said it was abit tiredso we werent surprised

Older hotel, rooms are tired. Shower didn’t work properly and although rooms are serviced they aren’t cleaned. I don’t like how guests reserve pool chairs by putting their towels on them. They were clearly not swimming because the pool only had a few people in it! In our 4 days of staying there we were never able to swim and relax by the pool. Perhaps the hotel needs to have some sort of policy in place because they are clearly reserving chairs first thing in the morning!

Big resort, good food, right on the beach. Good breakfast buffet. The pizzas made on-site are delicious. Staff are friendly.

There is nothing that we 'don't like' about staying at Prama. Some reviews have mentioned the 'noise' from the entertainment at night. We have never found the music excessive and once in our room can't hear it anyway.

We love staying at Prama. The facilities and closeness to the beach is fantastic. Being able to walk along the paths/beachfront is awesome.

Loved the beach front location. The friendly staff went above and beyond, nothing was any trouble whatsoever for them. The restaurant's onsite had lovely food, but a bit pricy compared to other areas.

Toilets near kids pool was not great, especially as they were the closest ones to the Bamboo Lounge. Sometimes kids in the main pool were very loud and yelling at each other, and did not look like they were being supervised. Would nice to have extra toilet paper in rooms

When we arrived we weren’t given a resort map or shown where the breakfast was located or any of the resort amenities. Air con wasn’t cold but got fixed on the second call. Breakfast was the same each day. Room was ‘tired’ but clean. When the bed was made the extra pillows weren’t put back in place.

The pools were great. Staff were pleasant.

The room wasn’t very clean including a used pair of slippers in middle of the floor, an open used bar of soap in shower and it appeared the bathroom counter was not wiped. Also, the surrounding poor deck was a little dirty and tired. Finally, the beach was disappointing. It was littered with garbage. I’m understand it’s a lot better than years ago. So improvements are happening.

The staff was wonderful and always helpfull and happy. Also the location is great.

Resort being 35 years old, rooms, toiletbowl, pool need upgrading. AC in rooms need bad maintenance !!! Not cold or even cool in room. Make up room service with a stained bedsheets. We have to use extra towels to cover the bed to sleep. Lobby area are very big that left unused areas which can be used in many ways. For example, may be an idea to have/open a small mini-mart for guests to grab a quick buy rather then going out at day/night to buy necessities.

The beach had seaweed and some plastic floating around, but seems to be like this everywhere in Bali.

Excellent breakfast buffet, two pools, one for kids. The adult pool was not busy quite easy to get a lounge chair. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Right on the beach.

Dated on the whole, plus the humidity creates an inescapable mustiness. Not sure how that could be overcome though, perhaps a/c filters cleaned more often?

Rooms are old, dark, grubby - squeaky floor, poor lighting, loose cables, water temperature inconsistent in the shower
