BangladeshThe location is no-no. The resort is located amid a jungle. The roads are very bumpy and not safe at all to travel at night. More like you have to stay at the hotel itself and enjoy because going to the harbour is very difficult.
The hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful with an exceptional view of the ocean. The staffs were friendly and nice. Food was average.

South AfricaA little tricky to find the resort if travelling by scooter. I can only assume that this is because it’s a fairly new resort. I’m sure this will improve with time.
Absolutely out of this world incredible! My wife and I loved every second of staying at this one of a kind resort. Our villa was spectacular and very comfortable! This has so be one of the best resorts in Bali. Definitely recommend to add this place to your itinerary in Bali.

United KingdomThe attention could be improved: had to ask for water/drinks/food we ordered multiple times in several ocasions. Food is okay You need a buggy to go up and down from the room to the pool and restaurant, which either took a long time to arrive or in the last day of our stay was out of order. Hotel ordered us a taxi to go to the port which was late by 10 mins. Overall very disappointing service for the price you pay.

United KingdomThe staff are mostly really friendly but not very competent – so slow and inattentive. Our first night there were 4 staff setting up dinner for 1 couple (who paid for a ‘romantic experience’). The rest of the restaurant was staffed by just one person at sunset / dinner when it’s most busy! So ridiculous. The dinner vibe in general is disappointing – mixed with unsatisfactory service the food is often gone cold by the time it’s served. It isn’t cheap either. The only restaurant is basically a poolside bar so we’re sitting there in our evening wear for dinner, and the next table is sitting there a bikini and shirtless – again – not making for a nice experience. After the first night, we spent the other 2 dinners of our stay at Warnakali Restaurant in the hotel next door (5 min walk) which was both times well-staffed, super friendly and welcoming staff, and really good food. Breakfast is good, lots of different options, but 2 days in a row my tea was cold – it’s like the restaurant just cannot deliver a simple, good meal. The staff did however sing happy birthday to me which was a nice touch and I appreciated it. There's no wardrobe or anywhere to hang your clothes in the room and the shower is very weak. I don't think it's good value for money especially when the place doesn't meet one's expectations.
Really wanted to give this place a 5* but we just stayed in their sister hotel (Pramana Giri Kusuma - Ubud) and that place was AMAZING plus about half the price – Pramana Natura Nusa Penida just didn’t meet expectations. VIEWS, ROOMS, Wi-Fi - 5* POOL, EXTRAS, LOCATION, STAFF, BREAKFAST - 4* DINING, PRICE - 3* The views from all over the place are phenomenal - across the water to the jaw-dropping Mount Agung. Just wow! The rooms are beautifully appointed and furnished with large balconies BUT there’s NO wardrobe! Where are you supposed to hang your clothes?! The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, much better than most places in Bali. The pool’s view is WOW but the limited sun loungers and the fact we had to ask twice and wait 1.5 hours for a towel is unacceptable. Free minibar on arrival and free afternoon tea each day is a nice touch but it doesn’t start until 1600 which is super late and we waited at a table for almost 30 minutes before they even took our order for it. The hotel is almost completely inaccessible on foot and there’s not much around except for a couple other hotels. There’s no Grab so private taxis are the only way to go about – 150-200k from 15 min ride from port to hotel. A big thank you to Mira and Desak who were always warm, friendly and professional.

Saudi ArabiaUnfortunately we booked a driver from the hotel to pick us up from the port to the hotel and we give them all the details but when we arrived there was no driver and nobody answered us knowing that all transportation apps didn’t work there!! Also don’t book any tourist tour through the hotel, they charged me on my credit card and when the driver dropped us off on the port while we are leaving he asked us to pay him in cash telling that the hotel didn’t send him any payment!. English language doesn’t work with most of the staff there and they will say yes to anything you ask but they won’t do anything about it.
The view on the ocean was lovely and the restaurant was delicious.
