We had an issue first night with the tv. We reported on the second day and they quickly fixed the issue.

The room was close to the restaurant, which was good for food, but they had live music two nights when we were there over a 4-night stay. The musician sounded like they were right in our room. I ordered a flower bath for my wife and there were worms in it. If that was something that happened, I wish I would have been warned and then I would have opted out. The food was great except for the steaks. Honestly, I have only had one good steak outside of the US or EU so maybe I should just stop ordering them.

The view was breathtaking. Most of the food was delicious, especially the breakfast choices. There were so many choices. The resort and villa had beautiful designs, accents and landscaping. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I should find out the manufacturer.

The bathroom was basically exposed to outdoors, and there were always crawlies around like massive hornets, or lizards, upon arrival we saw a small snake inside.

Very cute villa, with wooden details and a magic feel to it. You really feel like you are in ubud. The private pool was great fun. They include a yoga class in the morning, a shuttle into ubud downtown and also a walk to see the rice fields.

We got in Pramana and we loved it. The staff was lovely and the place beautiful. We first stayed in the Standard Room but then we changed to the Artist Villa because we added another day in Ubud. I loved every part of the place. They really looked after me because I wasn’t feeling well which I did appreciate. 100% coming back to Pramana and recommending to everyone!

I know people stay at Pramana to react and relax but meal service was a little too leisurely for my taste.

The location is unbelievable, the staff was more than kind and helpful. The breakfast is magnificent on a shadowed terrace, and the evening menus are also delicious. The pool and the sunbathe terass is above the palm forest, perfect place for a relaxing time. Thank you for everything.
