Every little detail is perfect in this resort. If I could rate it a 20 I would. Exceptional service in the most beautiful surroundings possible. I can’t recommend this resort enough.

Nothing not to like but you will need a taxi or use the free shuttle bus to get into Ubud center

The place was beautiful, the staff super friendly and the rooms great. Pool and view over the valley were spectacular. Breakfast had great choices and portions, would recommend the restaurant for a meal on the evening too

I don’t have it, Everything was really good

Every detail of the hotel was spectacular, the room was fascinating, the pool, the bathtub, the shower, impeccable. The hospitality of each of the workers has never been seen before, they take care of you and are there for you 24 hours a day. I had the opportunity to get engaged, they guided me and collaborated with me in everything I needed, the food was spectacular and the views of the jungle and the river were unique, a magnificent sunset.

The view of the valley was just amazing. From sunrise to sunset you could just sit there and watch the forest.

In the wooden villa there were some small lizards. That is sort of expected because in Ubud there are a lot of lizards and the way the wooden villa is built, it makes it easy for them to sneak in through holes etc.

Beautiful hotel and location away from the noise and crowds of Ubud. Nice pool overlooking a gorgeous valley. Small hotel with only 25 rooms. Good large breakfast

The main pool and restaurant are at the top of a mountain and have the most amazing view over the jungle river valley. Absolutely astonishing. The most romantic spot! The restaurant and breakfast are really great with an amazing local dance show on some nights. I loved our pool villa. The architecture was beautiful and loved having a bath outside with a view of our pool. The staff was so friendly and incredibly accommodating. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Everything was good!

It was an amazing stay in the hotel! The personnel was very attentive, friendly and very helpful. They organized everything we have asked for. The view from the hotel is incredible. Breakfasts were according to the menu, but had more than enough to be full! Everything was tasty and fresh. A huge plus is everyday shuttle (three times per day) to Ubud. 10 minutes and you are in the center! Very comfy.

The staff were so friendly and the service was exceptional. A special mention for Julia and Sadu who were ever so nice and helpful. The property also had a lovely restaurant overlooking the jungle and it was great to enjoy breakfast and the odd lunch and dinner there.

The villa was lovely. It had a beautiful pool and private outdoor bathroom.

Truly nothing at all.

Everything! Can’t really find nothing to complain about exceptional stay. Not cheap but 100% value for money would spend them a million times over. Location amazing, very secure, decor stylish Balinese style, top cleanliness, staff extra friendly and nice. We just can’t stop thinking about our honeymoon stay ❤️
