No hot water in the shower which is fine when returning to the room from hot weather. However, it would be nice to have an option for a warm shower if you wake up early and you go from the air conditioned room.

It was perfect for our short stay before going on a komodo cruise. The staff was very friendly and the room had everything we needed. You can see that everything is very new and the bed was very comfortable! The coffee shop downstairs is also great. Good coffee and food!

Absolutely amazing hotel and coffee shop. Staff are so amazing and go above and beyond. The lovely ladies that work in the coffee shop are amazing sweet souls. The rooms were great. Everything about this place was wonderful. Ps the food and drinks at the coffee shop were absolutely delicious and by far the best on the island. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Very clean and super friendly staff. They provided earplugs because it can get noisy during the night. I read reviews that mentioned it will get noisy so I appreciated it a lot that the hotel proactively provided this. Can recommend the hotel a lot!

You cannot control the temperature in the showers, which is fine when returning to the room from the hot weather. However, when going to/from the air conditioned room it would be nice to have an option for a warm shower. Additionally, the bed linens were stained, which was quite gross. The staff said the linens were washed but the stain cannot be removed, but if this is the case it would be better to just get new bed linens without stains. Also, there is no hand soap in the rooms, which should be easy to provide.

We loved this place! It’s in the heart of Labuan Bajo! Staff is so so so friendly, room nice and clean, they offered us earplugs for the noise, we didn’t take them and thought it was super quite! Walking distance to all things you need, scooter rental next door!

My only complaint is about the air conditioning. We often would return to a cold room, however, it would heat up very fast.

At check-in we were given earplugs in case we needed them due to noise from the street, etc. We did not need them, but we sleep with white noice, so...

Our family of 4 stayed one night in 2 rooms and we'd stay again! This is a charming little hotel right in the middle of the main street and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. While there isn't seating in the rooms, there is a great cafe on the ground floor with ample seating inside and outside, and on the second floor they have a large balcony with a lot of seating. (Coffee and tea out there as well.) I was very happy we stayed for the night and if we get the chance to return to this amazing part of the planet, we'll stay at Puu Pau again. It's a great spot for a night or two.

Location is very good, it is walking distance to the night market, to good food and near marina. Room is clean and price is reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

The room was spacious and super clean. Location central. Bathroom was clean as well. Coffeeshop downstairs has oatmilk for the coffee and they bring your coffee to your room. Really enjoyed the stay :)
