You cannot control the temperature in the showers, which is fine when returning to the room from the hot weather. However, when going to/from the air conditioned room it would be nice to have an option for a warm shower. Additionally, the bed linens were stained, which was quite gross. The staff said the linens were washed but the stain cannot be removed, but if this is the case it would be better to just get new bed linens without stains. Also, there is no hand soap in the rooms, which should be easy to provide.

Great location and air conditioning. Overall, a comfortable stay and the facilities were clean. Also, the staff were kind and helpful.

We loved this place! It’s in the heart of Labuan Bajo! Staff is so so so friendly, room nice and clean, they offered us earplugs for the noise, we didn’t take them and thought it was super quite! Walking distance to all things you need, scooter rental next door!

Great loaction a base for seeing Labaun Bajo. Staff were really freindly and helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable.

My only complaint is about the air conditioning. We often would return to a cold room, however, it would heat up very fast.

This place was fantastic! It had great staff, a new building, comfy and clean beds, and an aesthetically pleasing look. The bathroom was also very clean.

Good location. Room is nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good cafe downstairs. We will stay at Puu Pau again if we return to Labuan Bajo.

At check-in we were given earplugs in case we needed them due to noise from the street, etc. We did not need them, but we sleep with white noice, so...

Our family of 4 stayed one night in 2 rooms and we'd stay again! This is a charming little hotel right in the middle of the main street and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. While there isn't seating in the rooms, there is a great cafe on the ground floor with ample seating inside and outside, and on the second floor they have a large balcony with a lot of seating. (Coffee and tea out there as well.) I was very happy we stayed for the night and if we get the chance to return to this amazing part of the planet, we'll stay at Puu Pau again. It's a great spot for a night or two.

Nothing much - good value for money

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The cafe downstairs is nice. The room is clean and does the job perfectly for a short stay in Flores.

No pool or anything to cool down.

Clean and a big Room. Some construction next to the hotel but thats alright, as we got earplugs from the staff. If you only want to go diving it's perfect for you! Still looks like the pictures

Everything! The staff, the big comfy bed, the nice design of the room. I stayed in the small room - quite compact but everything was available and within reach. Very clean, bright and airy - nice hot shower. Recommended for Labuan Bajo

Location is very good, it is walking distance to the night market, to good food and near marina. Room is clean and price is reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful too.

The room was spacious and super clean. Location central. Bathroom was clean as well. Coffeeshop downstairs has oatmilk for the coffee and they bring your coffee to your room. Really enjoyed the stay :)

Great hostel and cafe! Rooms are spacious, airconditioning is great, bed is comfortable, facilities clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpfull! Location is ideal. Nice view of the harbour from the rooftop terrace. All things considered this place is excellent. Cafe serves perhaps the best coffee in town, good food, friendly service and the overall atmosphere is relaxed.

Brilliant location in the heart of Labuan Bajo. The hostel is really clean, cosy and the staff couldn't do more for you. In particular we liked that you can walk from the airport here, they have a helpful laundry service and the rooms are really comfortable. We came for the Komodo tour but sadly it was cancelled because of stormy weather. The hostel helped us organise a trip to Rinca (within Komodo National Park) to see the Komodo dragons there which was great - we're glad we at least got to see them despite not doing the full tour with all of the snorkelling hotspots.

Everything very good. The only thing is that there was no place to put the clothes in our first room, but we choose the smallest one so that is ok :)

The location of this place is perfect, the staff is super nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and the coffee shop in the first floor offers delicious beverages. We had a little changes of planes during our trip and there was no problem to book one more night. Also, no problem with arranging the transfer to the airport.

Rooms are a bit small but was enough for me, so no problem.

Spotless and very central location in Labuan Bajo. Good shower, comfy bed and brilliant A/C. Good coffee downstairs at the coffee bar.

Everything. Great rooms with comfy beds. Cafe downstairs is really cozy and has a delicious breakfast. The staff is amazing and very kind. They go out of their way to help you out! Walkable distance to good restaurants, dive shops (Neren!) and tons of travel agencies for tour booking.

The light in the room are very cold at night, it needs to be replaced with warm led (3000k). And if there was a small table in the room, it could have been much better.

The coffee shop(best coffee)was great and the girls working there and in the hotel were kind, helpful and always with big smile.
