everything almost was perfect , despite had room service nasi goreng buntut . the nasi goreng was too salty. but never mind . and also sometimes there was noise from the ceiling no idea was it from the room above mine or not. but I can hear clearly during night time.

The room is spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast has various menus and overall taste good.

If the lobby does not take a daily credit from your credit card (which is almost 500.000 rp for one day) , the restaurans or cafes in the hotel will try to have you paid at the location. So telling room number to be billed will not enough. Actually it is annoying even not first time staying in that hotel.

Green area, quiet, fresh air, the balcony, clean and very comfortable! Stayed there from Sunday to Monday for a very reasonable price. Other days much more expensive and for me probably too expensive.

if you have phobia of ants, you will encounter ants every now and then given the villa is sorrounded by vegitation. the toilet only has fixed bidet, no detachable one.

the villa was byond my expectations. spacious, modern, luxurious, with plenty of natural lighting. all around incredible. the activities for guests are amazing. the breakfast buffet is understandably mostly east asian, with good contenintal options.

Service request was VERY POOR thru “OPERATOR SERVICE” that is very UNFRIENDLY and arrogant attitude mostly all of them. Calling the service line thru IN HOUSE OPERATOR is often very difficult to get thru and no answer. Luckily we have direct WhatsApp service from the Villa team that gives much better responses

I wish there was a bench in the changing room for the swimming pool, so i could sit and change

The room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed, and the view was really nice, and its nice that the standard room have a balcony, there is loads of free activities to do and the breakfast was great with the biggest variety, the swimming pools are all really nice and clean. If you want to relax completely its definitely the place to go

To spread out for me the pool was a 10 minute walk.

Ok ... wish there was more variety in food for lunch and dinner and also the size of the portions at Padi would be great if larger because is not cheap.

Everything about Pullman Vimalahills is amazing. We are so close to Jakarta but seems we are in Bali. So relax but also lots of activities for the family. All the staff are kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Food options in Damar restaurant… the management should allow Ala carte menu as many ppl now are Vegan /Vegetarian etc…. Buffet should not be mandatory.. options should be available

We enjoyed all the facilities on the property.. Our Son enjoyed feeding the animals the most both inside the property and inside the complex under the supervision and ownership of Pullman
