We have visited many times, in fortunately as we get older it is harder to negotiate pathways and steps in the garden and to access the bath/shower; however that is no fault of the property.

It is authentic Indonesian not a worldwide chain that would be the same in any city throughout the world.

Please fix the 'traditional' lock system on the doors, it is very flimsy and inspires no confidence. The internal staircase in the loft room is narrow, steep and needs a handrail on the wall. (f you don't like that, of course don't get a loft room !)

Good location, close to the beach and restaurants/venues. Pool and restaurant area were good, grounds were green and pleasant. All facilities in the rooms worked. Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was a little bit on poor side with no variations. Bored to have same stuff for 9 days. Some mornings we went to various other cafes and restaurants to have our breakfast menu changed. This is only a minor downside of our stay there.

Excellent location. Everything you need in walking distance. Amazing beach in 3 minutes slow walk. Various restaurants nearby. Gelato corner at next door. Massage parlour is within premises. Swimming pool and garden is excellent addition to your relaxing stay at Puri Cendana Resort. Free parking for our rental car was perfect. Friendly and well English spoken staff. Very helpful as well. Even more, we decided to extend our stay there as we liked it so much.

Old school Bali at its best. If you want a taste. of old schoole Bali come. stay here. The lush grounds and traditional buildings will give you a great relaxing stay.

Lovely traditional Balinese style resort. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The gardens are beautiful. Pool was great. The location was perfect, close to the beach, beach bars and restaurants.

The shower was terrible, the cold water barely worked out of the shower. So it was a hot shower or no shower.

We booked a duplex room. The AC was upstairs only. So since we spent most of our day downstairs we would have liked an AC downstairs.

There was an issue with the water while we were there and it wasn’t coming out so I couldn’t shower before departing for the airport.

There can be a lot of noise from the street but this is negligible when in the room. Not something the hotel can control

The gardens are fantastic - it’s like a magic garden - leafy and beautiful - the restaurant and the food are exceptionally good - I did eat elsewhere but mostly didn’t have to - great choices and delicious. Wifi was strong and reliable for Bali

On the pictures when I booked it looked like breakfast-buffé but you could only pick one sort of breakfast from the menu.

The environment and garden was faboulous and close to beach and shopping.I liked the balinese style in the room.I enjoy the pool and the waterfall. Good indonesian food in the restaurant.

Everything was great, no issues at all

Old style Bali charm, perfect location. Food was amazing at the restaurant for breakfast and everything else. The room was spacious with two separate floors perfect hideaway from the kids.

Rooms are a bit dark - which is great on sunny days, but not so on overcast days. The pool needs a refresh and the restaurant needs to upgrade its breakfast menu.

Great location and very well priced. It's a smaller hotel which makes it more intimate and you dont have the human traffic that you get in the larger resorts. The location makes the beach very accessible and they have their own massage team again very reasonably priced.

We know this hotel for more than 20 years. It is a very authentic Balinese hotel at an excellent and quiet location close to the beach and the hectic disco's. It has a nice little pool and pool area. Its restaurant offers a variety of dishes and is, in our opinion, one of te best retaurants in Seminyak. Staff are very pleasant.

Pool needs some love and they need more lounges for the amount of customers they have.

The shampoo is a little diluted. The bathroom was slippery when wet, so I slid and fell from the short steps. Keep the bathroom area dry after you showered or use the sink. I was a little bruised but am ok. 😅

We stayed for 1 night - our last night in Bali. As our flight was late night the next day, we paid for half a day rate so we can have a later check out. The staff was exceptionally kind. The room was comfortable and big. There's a TV with multiple international channels. There's a mini fridge. I love the manicured grounds with plants, trees, and flowers. The room has some beautiful classic Balinese furniture. The location - a few minutes walk away from the beach. So conveninent. I also had a massage at Desak spa by the pool, which was good. We will stay here again if we are in Seminyak.
