The hotel is amazing, beautifully decorated, luxurious, well positioned and also reasonably priced. Not just an exceptional stay but exceptional service: the staff was kind enough to lend us beach towels and give us a room to shower after we had checked out to wash before our flight. 10/10

Near recidence is restorant with high live music but at 11 p.m. they stopped playing.

Amazing place. Nice saff. Wonderful private pool where we get in just from the door of the dining room. Very good location in centrum of Sanur, 5 minutes to big shopping center with big supermarket. 10 minutes to the beach.

The squeaky air conditioner was annoying as it was constant, needs to be fixed. The television was small & the sound crackled at times, should be updated. The sofa in the living area had holes in it, needs replacing. The pool could do with getting a bit more sun as it can get a little cold in the afternoon. Having said the above, we would happily stay again.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was well appointed, the staff were lovely & having the private pool was wonderful. Would happily stay again.

We weren't too sure if we had access to the pool, or how to get there. The bed was a strange blend of firm in the middle and soft on the sides.

The room was beautiful, staff were friendly and accommodating and the room delivered breakfast we got was delicious! It was very central to much of Sanur with lots of restaurants and shops about as well as easy beach access.

We are a mature couple and would have appreciated steps into the pool, to get in and out. The pool was lovely, would just be easier with steps for us. Everything else was great.

Some of the lounge furniture had torn fabric, kitchen outdated. The restaurant across the road was very noisy with loud music at night. Next time I would book a room with a ground level pool.

such a wonderful stay- walking distance to the beach and plenty of shops and cafes. The staff were excellent, attentive and efficient. Our room was made up twice a day! Perfect for my small family with a toddler.

We were very happy with the way in which the staff responded to our complaint when on the first night of our stay we were kept awake by a loud band playing music to 2am. They moved us promptly to a quieter room.

Little bit outdated (especially in bathroom) but not critical. The bed has very sharp edges at the bottom - for adults it is not a trouble (despite I've scratched my foot once) but for kid it was a challenge

Breakfast was very good - basic selection but it was tasty and served in the room The pool is small but clean and refreshing with sunbeds - that is also very comfy. The kitchen with basic equipment (like fridge, microwave) was very useful as well. This is really good value for many with perfect location. In general my impression is very positive and I definitly can advice it for short and even long stays
