Leaving, so we booked another stay two days after we arrived home!

The staff were all fantastic. As things evolved, like pool issues, power cut, we were kept informed. Our pool pump broke so Irene arranged the use of another apartment with a pool for us. This was all organized before we were aware as she realized that would need to be the outcome. The staff all communicate well with each other. This was made obvious when we spoke to one about a key, or breakfast etc, they were all aware of our requirements. We have never experienced this attitude anywhere else on our travels over the years. It made life so amazingly relaxed for us.

Good location. My room had a private pool and I was surprised by how much I used it. Whenever I felt hot (eg after returning from a shopping trip) I would just jump into the pool. I felt like reading my book for a couple of hours and a deck chair by your private pool is nice!

The residence is located in the main boulevard at 5min walking from the beach. Very nice and quiet, we had a private pool for ourselves which was a good choice to battle the heat during the day. Breakfast was also very good and served at the table of our room. The staff was super helpful always ready to give a good advice or accommodate as much as possible our requests. With a kitchen and kitchenware to cook your own food, this place is the best if you're coming with your family or young children. Too bad we only stayed 2 nights! Next time we'll stay longer for sure :)

We chose a villa with private pool and sitting area and ours was set back away from the road so it was peaceful and stunning in every respect. Birdsong and lovely bats to watch at nightfall. You can walk out into a nice shopping/eating area or stroll to the beachfront where there is a little walkway that runs all along the seafront.

The first night there was a band playing close by and it was extremely loud up till midnight. The downstairs bedroom (where our children slept) was sufficiently quiet but upstairs, we couldn’t sleep.

It took us a a day to figure out the sliding glass doors in order to get access to the pool. Once we figured it out, things worked fine. Be careful around the bed. The bed frame sticks out causing bumps and bruises to those who are not careful!

The Puri Hiromi was a perfect choice for us after two busy weeks of touring Bali. The private pool was the best part of the room as we were able to cool off frequently in the small, yet useable pool. While there was limited outdoor living space (a small patio and two chairs) this was all we really needed. The one bedroom unit had everything we needed, a stylish bathroom and shower, a large living room and a decent kitchen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff did a great job of maintaining the room on a daily basis. The residence is located across the street from the Parigata Hotel and has direct access to the beach,via a one block walk. From there you can access restaurants, shops, and beach sun beds for rent. There are excellent restaurants, spa and shops within walking distance. Taxis and super inexpensive, less than two dollars from the residence to the north end of Sanur.

There was nothing not to like about our stay at Puri Hiromi.

My wife & I had a most thorough enjoyable and relaxing six night stay at Puri Hiromi from March 28 to April 3. Puri Hiromi is very well located, being an easy less than five minute walk to Sanur Beach. The residences, while not exactly new or modern, are well maintained, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our breakfasts, delivered to our residence each and every morning, was exactly as we ordered, with a number of items to choose from each and every day. An added bonus was Puri Hiromi’s very close proximity to Brasserie Republique, where my wife & I dined seven times in total for lunches and dinners during our six night stay at Puri Hiromi. Brasserie Republique is one of the most outstanding, best, and consistent (quality, service, and “value for money”) restaurants we have ever dined in during our four trips to Bali, going back to 2002.

Excellent location with everything right outside for restaurants, shopping and massages. Having a great size private pool which had shade some of the day so you can stay in the water all afternoon. We were also very grateful to have a 6pm checkout for a small $50AUD as we had a 10pm flight out.

Fantastic location. Close to facilities.and restaurants. Loved that if you just wished to walk everywhere nothing was too far. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was lovely and quiet. The pool was kept exceptionally clean and would recommend having a villa with the pool to cool off in after hot weather. We would happily recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay to just unwind and relax.

No banana chairs by the pool and very hard to get out so maybe stairs or grab rails. The beds were very low and difficult to get out when you have a back or keg problem and that timber surround had to go…. So many bruises on the logs and toes from running into it

The staff were brilliant but as a couple in their 70s management could change a few things to make it friendly for older people.

I like everything about this place even though it’s time for uplifting. The property is a bit dated but still properly functioned with all facilities. The place is in a great location which is close to restaurants and cafes. It’s surprisingly quiet even my room is closer to the road. Staff members are always friendly and willing to help or answer questions.

Property is a bit old, and some things are broken like glass doors to balcony, which seems to be a bit dangerous to handle.

Good staff, good location, big room and delicious breakfast that’s comfortably delivered to a room. While we booked a balcony room, staff also kindly offered us an access to a swimming pool, so we could enjoy it too.

Moldy corners and walls. The mirrors in our bathroom still had specks of toothpaste from the guests before. No dish washing liquid and toaster.

Great location, staff and value for money. The most comfortable bed ever, but cleanliness could be better i.e moldy corners and mirrors weren't properly cleaned. We'd definitely stay there again.
