We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe dining room was across a busy road. There was no aircon, fridge or safe but we actually managed well without them. We were told water would be provided each day but it wasn’t. However, whenever I asked I was happily provided with water.

GermanyThe Room was super noisy. This was the only Hotel Room where we woke up several times in the night / early morning because of the noise of Scooter / Construction work/ people talking. There was no air conditioner just a fan, which surprised us since we had much cheaper hotel rooms during our stay in Bali and we always had an AC. The Wlan wasn’t great either. The breakfast options are very limited, just pancakes or omelette with coffee or tea. No juice, no toast. The Coffee was terrible. I have to say we also had friendlier staff in all other Hotels. We had to book this hotel because it was the last one available in Sidemen when we booked. If you have other options I would go for them.

New ZealandUnfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. Both the door to enter my room and to enter the bathroom (which is outside the room) were broken and would not lock properly or easily. Despite me raising i could not close the bathroom door on day 2, nothing has been done and i stayed 5 nights. There was no room service and the hotel has no isolation so you hear everything. I still enjoyed my stay but it is not looking good for the future of the facility.
The bed was really comfortable with a beautiful view over the ricefields. Well located and a very nice pool.

BrazilThe room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, there was a soggy towel lying on the floor behind the door, a tiny sink, super thin walls with an opening that let you hear the room next door. The fruit at breakfast was hard every day. We slept very badly every night and were happy the day we left.

It was peaceful except those kids who were playing and jumping inside, without the parents to tell them anything… But definitively not the fault of the hotel. The staff is really welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is tasty, the room was comfortable but could be a bit more clean.

BelgiumI don't know where to start, but it was the worst experience I've ever had in Bali. The doors would often get stuck and I was trapped in the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door wouldn't open. I checked in around 8 PM and asked if I could stay until 2 PM instead of noon; the staff agreed, which was nice of them. However, they surprised me at the last minute, at 11 AM, saying I had to leave at noon and not at 2 PM. I booked specifically for the pool and the view, but even the pool was dirty with green water, and I got an allergy right after.

SwedenThe rooms only has a fan, which is fine but after travelling for 8 months i have never had a room that is this wet and damp. Everything in the room gets soaking wet and doesnt dry. There is a lot of mold in the room which is common here, so we didn’t put the bags close to the walls or anything. We kept the door open at times in a attempt to dry up the room. Still all of our bags and some clothes got super moldy after staying in the room for just a few nights. Also the metal on the bags got rusty from staying in the room. Its a shame cause the hotel is very nice besides that.
Location, the staff and everything was very nice! The hotel has a lot of potential and is in a beautiful location and the pool is very nice.

South AfricaThe room we stayed in was VERY VERY BAD! There is no window that can open. As soon as we opened the door there was a extremly bad smell of mould. It was that bad that we had to keep the door open ( even at night when we slept ). There is mould all over the walls, shower area, bed side table. I really don't want to comment bad but hopefully the owner will do something about the room ( maybe rooms ). The first night my wife couldn't sleep at all. She stayed most of the night outside. After that we left the front door open all night to air it out. We stayed there three nights and from the day we arrived there was no toilet paper. Even thou I asked for some twice. In the end they gave us tissues. When we checked into our next hotel all our clothes smelled of mould and we had to get everything washed. We might even have to throw our suitcases away because of the mould all over everything. This hotel is a health hazard. Stay at your own risk! Unfortunately I didn't take photos because I wasn't going to post a review but because all our clothes and suitcases is full of mould I changed my mind.
The pool area is beautiful. It was what attracted us to this hotel. Staff are also very friendly and will help out with anything if it's in their power.

AustraliaHad to move rooms 3 times, the first room they put me in was a downgrade from the original room i had booked with no window and no daylight and a yellow light, the bathroom had an overwhelming stench of smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel? Literally couldn’t breathe, was horrid, they moved me to the room i was supposed to have booked and this bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage couldn’t go in there without holding my breath, the window in this room didn’t close and there were bugs everywhere, they then moved me to an upgrade which was the exact same room just with a balcony with a view of shrubs, this balcony door also didn’t close so may as well have slept outside, bugs all over the floor in this room too & the pool looked and felt as tho it had never been cleaned. Such a shame because the staff were really lovely except that they charged me double for the last room despite the condition of it? I checked out after one day and booked sweet escape, about a quarter of the price and so much cleaner / nicer!

SingaporeThe 3 bathrooms on the top floor and were together in a row. There were walls between the bathrooms but not all enclosed all the way to ceiling. You can hear quite clearly the business of your neighbors. Or if my neighbor forgot to turn off the bathroom light at night, it shined through to my bathroom and into my bedroom as it’s frosted glass bathroom door. It’s just two flights up but the Balinese steps were big so quite a climb if you forgot something!
We had 2 Double Rooms with terrace next to each other. There was together 3 rooms on the top floor so it felt a bit like our own place with patio and terrace. They were the only rooms built with wood from floor to ceiling. The bathrooms were clean even without the daily cleaning service. It’s a wet shower but dried fairly quickly. The bathrooms were also big enough so didn’t get wet everywhere. There’s no AC but ceiling fan which didn’t feel too warm at night. The beds had mosquitos nets but I didn’t use it as no mosquitoes. Breakfast was generous and yum. They also served lunch and dinner and were both great! The Villa was on the quieter side away from the town. Overlooking rice paddies and Mt Agung from the restaurant. There’s a few family run restaurants within 400m away. Staffs were the best. Friendly, helpful and attentive.
